We only stayed one night. The hotel is a bit older, but they keep it very clean and everyone was super nice. The breakfast was exceptional. They had eggs, ham, biscuits, toast, sausage gravy hash browns and French toast. Plus lots of extra cold items. The fire pit outside by the water was a fun extra.

It was a nice, quiet, family friendly facility with a laid back atmosphere. Very affordable for such a wonderful place!

Easy and friendly check-in during a very nasty storm. Nice room. Awesome view. Clean. Very convenient to bridge access to beach and to coastal highway 98. Would definitely go back there and stay again.

The room we were assigned was dirty. Like a fake finger nail and trash in the sheets. Yuck! There was sand on the bed spread too. The young man at the service desk was very helpful and quickly got us a new room. The new room was somewhat better, but the renovations were not great with holes in the walls and screws coming undone. The place could definitely use some work. Breakfast was good. And they have a great location and the fire in the fire pit was a fun touch.

Great location but hotel is old, feels old, and a bit run down. Maid service in room was poor as I found quite a few hairs belonging to the previous occupant on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. Didn't have the free breakfast but it looked pretty basic and not that appetizing for us, but it would do if needed. Not sure if I would stay again unless in a pinch.

This property has a lot of great things about it! Location, on the water with areas to sit and enjoy it (groupings of chairs, corn hole, fire pit, outdoor pool and BBQ), awesome breakfast, comfortable beds, and convenient parking. Only downfall was the rooms are older. Annoying things like the drain in the shower wouldn't stay up so we had to shove a wash cloth in the side of it so the drain would work, the door didn't have a seal on it so you could see daylight around it and we had a storm which caused it to shake like it was coming down, and the curtains don't close all the way so the room was far from dark. All in all, a great stay with a few inconveniences.

Check in and out was super easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will def be staying again!

We loved that this property is right on the water and the main beach was a short drive away. So close to access of many good restaurants.

Arrived early (noon) and was told my room was not ready and that check-in is at 16:00-totally understood that. Asked for call back when room is ready. Called back at 1400 and lady at counter sounded irritated that I was checking. Was told that she would call me when it was ready. Ok, waiting and heard nothing so showed up at 15:30 to find new person behind counter and that my room was ready, but the new guy had received no info on calling me when the room is ready. Maybe I shouldn't have been irritated with this encounter, but I must say that I have stayed in thousands of hotels over the course of a lifetime , and I have never seen such shody customer service. Besides that, the hotel seemed run down and my room was not totally cleaned properly. Would not normally complain, but the lack of customer service irritated me.
