Truly speechless. This exquisite luxury inn located in the remote countryside of Nasushiobara, Tochigi, truly embodies the epitome of the word omotenashi. From the friendly staff to the hardworking owner/executive chef, you can genuinely feel their compassion and their willingness to surpass our customer service experience. You can instantaneously sense their genuine care and warmth throughout their amenities offered, delectable kaiseki cuisine layed out on beautiful ceramics, an extremely mindful layout of furnishings and wall fixures implemented by the owner which further welcomed us with the notion of comfort and total sense of relaxation. The room that we stayed in are equipped with heated floors, high ceilings, a spacious balcony facing the river and a serene waterfall, high quality massage chair, tatami area with comfy cushions, 2 bathrooms, comfy seating areas, a spacious ofuro tub with great water pressure and maintains a perfect temperature..... the list goes on. The facilitiy offers complimentary beverages, 2 saunas, hot bed rock bath, a spa, public baths with a unique standing bath tub for elders to easily walk in instead of having to climb over, and again, the list goes on. You can truly feel the depth of their passion to provide the best customer experience from the moment you walk to the moment you leave. My mom and I want to applaud and give major kudos to Mr. Kunihiko and his mother who also owns a well renouned Fujiya Ryokan located in close proximity. As a mother and son team, working endless hours to create one of the best ryokan in my opinion, unlike other large cookie cutter corporate ryokans, this one embodies a soul filled with true warmth and hospitality. Seriously, you could not ask for more. This place is truly sensational. **Also would like to add the spa treatments were one of the best we've experienced thus far. As avvid massage goers, we have travelled all over the world in search of therapists with exceptional skill sets.My picky mom fell in love with their techniques so we ended up booking back to back treatments. Tip: You can inquire to book with them prior to 11 am check out.

受付に暖炉があり、非常に綺麗な施設でした。温泉も景色がよく紅葉が綺麗に見えました。お部屋もメゾネットタイプだったのですが広くて起きてそのまま部屋にある温泉に入れるのが最高でした。追加料金が必要なサウナは非常に残念でした。別料金を取るならきちんと個室にして水風呂も各サウナごとにおいてほしいです。全体的に若い従業員の方が多く、サービスが非常に悪かったです。 特に食事の際には何度か器を落としたり、食べ終わっていないのに下げようとしたら非常に忙しなかったです。せっかく個室なのに、ゆっくりご飯を楽しめないのが非常に残念でした。

上塩原、箒川のほとりに建つ20室以下のお宿ですが、昨年できたメゾネットタイプの離れに家族4名で宿泊しました。 階段のない特別室を希望していましたが、予約出来なかった為、最初は卒寿の母の利用をかなり心配しました。 しかし上下階にトイレがあり、洗面所、露天風呂、シャワーブースが2階にある為、老齢の母でも2階のベットルームを使用し色づき川越しに始めた紅葉の眺めを楽しむことが出来ました。 大浴場は夜10時に男女が入れ替わるので、上手く時間調整をすれば3箇所のお風呂を楽しめますし、無料で岩盤浴を1時間利用させていただきました。 部屋にマッサージチェアがあったことはとても良かったのですが、モミ玉が強すぎるので専らAirだけで使用しておりました。 落ち着いた大人のお宿として那須・塩原周辺ではお薦めの旅館だと思います。

始めての来訪で、那須に私達家族のお決まりの宿となりました。 チェックインのお茶とお菓子から始まり、翌日帰る時まで、心温まるおもてなしに、感動しました。全室離れ、お食事は移動がありますが、他のお客様との接点も少なく、感染対策がしっかりと取られています。今回の滞在の目的は温泉とお食事でしたが、どちらも大変高いレベルでの満足度です。 夕食の後には、レセプションにある暖炉でマシュマロを焼いて食べることが出来る等、遊び心があり、ソフトドリンク（夜間はアルコールも有）やアイスキャンディーが飲み放題、食べ放題なのも魅力です。 メインイベントであるお食事は夕、朝共に地元産品をふんだんに利用した季節感のある、目で楽しみ、味覚で楽しむことの出来る逸品揃いでした。 今回の滞在で、お気に入り宿が１つ増え、来年又、訪れたいと家族で約束をしました。
