The Coral at Atlantis

The Coral at Atlantis was beautiful. The hospitality of the staff was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in we were not provided with any information on locations of restaurants, pools, activities, ect. I asked to be given a tour of the property and was told I would have to book in advance- never offered another day to tour the premises. The resort is huge so it’s very easy to get lost. Half of the staff doesn’t know where anything is and directs you to the nearest map to figure it out on your own. If a guest is spending thousands of dollars to visit this resort it would be very much appreciated to treat guest with the utmost respect and hospitality. Overall I would rate my stay here 7/10

An immense property with so much to see and do ! Staff mostly very attentive and delighted to help and friendly whereas a few about gave the impression that smiling and friendliness wasn’t necessary. I feel that more information could be provided at checkin as lots we discovered as the week went on … the app is good but not conclusive. But overall an excellent venue and if we are lucky enough to holiday in the Bahamas would definitely stay there again

The property is beautiful and there’s so much for everyone - young and old - to do and enjoy. Can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved the Coral and the Atlantis experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. Coral faculties were well kept and fun. I would recommend to anyone the Coral

Recommend to have heated pools, or indoor pools. Visible display or send text/email of activities, so that you can always be aware of events while on property.

I liked how close it was to the Marina. I didn’t like that they only had one gym in another tower.

Upon arrival I asked for a high floor room so I’m able to enjoy the view, the lady at the front desk tells me she’ll see what she can do. I patiently waited and was assured that the room I would be placed in had the best view. I was given a room on level 4 not a great view at all! Walking down the hallway to get to the room smelled like dirty diapers and a truck stop bathroom I literally had to hold my breath to get to the room! There was limited lighting in the room the balcony area was filthy! I more than likely will never come back to the Bahamas, if I ever decide to come back I will definitely stay elsewhere! Not worth the money nor the long drive to the airport!

The lazy river pool was closed. That whole side of the complex was closed. Nothing was updated on the ap or website. The employees didn’t know it was closed. The pools were not heated, so it was cold. The rides were not ment for bigger people, since my brother in law was almost injured in the rapid river ride. The only hot tub was in the spa where you had to pay for a pass to use it, they closed at 5pm. The Atlantis was very commercial.
