Recent ice storm had covered the parking lot. We saw staff with bags of salt but they failed to use it to make access to the hotel safe under foot. It was VERY dangerous underfoot. Also, the wifi was not working the first day.

I would have given more stars but my room was facing a parking lot and the room had no curtains so the light from the light poles shined all through the room when I was trying to sleep

It was the perfect place to stay, during my long trip. Thank you

The facilty parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice five days into having it. The ceiling tile in the bathroom had a whole that was plugged with tissue. Who does that?

Stayed in 307 A suit with a couch and a chair and a table in the front room with the DESK, mini bar, microwave, coffee maker, bathroom little coat area, and separated by back bedroom that had a closable door with another TV in it Quite comfortable, no noise seem very clean, standard hotel where in tear nothing out of the norm

Everything was fine except that absolutely nothing was done with the property regarding the snow that hit Nashville. It was very dangerous.

The hotel was dirty and out dated.

The worst experience ever

The breakfast staff were horrible! They stood around in their "office" chatting. A little girl dropped a plate and it crashed LOUDLY! No one came out to even check on it... then the mom asked if they had a broom or something because there was a broken plate and mess. One of the 3 handed her a broom and went back to talking. Then, the mom swept up the glass and food and asked for a dustpan. One of the 3 handed her a dustpan and kept talking! It was unreal! It was like they had 1 tiny job and they were ONLY doing that job. They wouldn't even acknowledge people as we said hello or asked for things.

Didn’t like the light coming in the room from the outside by the pool could not Close the drapes

It was a nice stay at a good price. The only negative thing was the heating/air unit was loud.

Well kept, nicely decorated, comfy beds and pleasant staff. Will def stay again!

Room was very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip, Especially for the money. Only 15-20 mins from downtown.

No hand hold in shower soap was a mini bar toilet seat was loose no housekeeping temperature was 59 degrees had to wait till morning for adjustment
