Terrible sttay. Hotel is full of pets everywhere. Breakfast never had enough food. There was always people waiting around for the trays to be filled. Thermostat in the room was not working. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was convenient to Broadway with shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly too. Pet friendly as well. Breakfast everyday as well, lots of choices and good coffee.

Overall our experience went well. However, I decided to try the omlette station for breakfast one morning, and asked for a simple ham and cheese omlette I sqaw the cook grab a scoop of what was supposed to be ham and throw it on the griddle. It was Grey, and looked like it was very old. I took the completed dish to my table and folded it open. The smell of old meat was overpowering and made me gag. I began to notice other food items that were potential red flags after this, the "fresh" fruit looked frozen and old, scrambled eggs were not completely cooked.. etc. I think if they updated their food strage and handling they would definately be a choice location.

The overall cleaning appearance of the room was not good. There were stains on the bathroom door, in the shower, and on the bathroom floor. We used the glasses on the first day and they were never washed. The smell of the room was quite disturbing. Also, we hope the hotel considers adding more sound insolation, with all the bars around, the noise in the early morning disrupts the sleep.

Great hotel great location. Free shuttle service to music row! Staff doesn’t always have answers to local questions but hey that’s what the internet is for. Would definitely go back. We also had to deal with a tornado and the staff was great in the emergency.

The property is ideal for walking distance to a few local spots nearby. They do run a shuttle to a location closer to Broadway for all of the music & bar spots. Breakfast was just okay in that a lot of items were out of stock as our stay went and serving areas were dirty, especially the weekend we stayed. The room was extremely humid and the hvac did not cool the unit down. We had to get a fan to keep the air moving. It was so bad each morning the window view was completely condensed over due to curtains being drawn shut. When we mentioned to the desk a few times they said they could offer a fan or move our room. Upon checkout I told them again to have it looked at as it did not seem normal. The spa was not working properly when we visited but fitness area seemed clean. Staff seemed pleasant otherwise. Just a bit on the shuttle is that they are a hard to get ahold of at times and front desk had a hard time reaching them so have an alternative plan just in case.

Really enjoyed our stay at embassy hotel. Breakfast is delicious, location is perfect for touring downtown and Vanderbilt U. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, parking is close and safe. Front desktop is friendly, room is clean, spacious and very quiet.

We we’re celebrating my moms 96th birthday And needed a hotel that could accommodate all our needs since we had a wheelchair to deal with and 3 of us. Hotel rooms are spacious, complimentary breakfast,van transportation into downtown where we could access so much to do. And get back in time for managers reception. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel as well. All the staff were friendly and attentive to us. Even when I called for more towels they were right there. Yes you will have to Uber both ways from the airport and cost will depend on time 20 minute ride. Would stay here again.

Most of the staff were great. Only one valet had a bad attitude and gave poor service . The room was very clean and well appointed. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. Thest was very good.
