호텔 르 모자이크(Hotel le Mosaique)

This high end hotel is located in the historic section of Narbonne with easy access to all the sightseeing attractions. It is an old attractive building with a small garden and a restaurant on the ground floor. Our room was large with a king bed high ceilings and stained glass windows. The bath room was well equipped but quite small. The staff was professional and friendly. On the negative side the overpriced breakfast was a complete disappoin**ent with very minimal options and unacceptable offerings such as poor quality juices, stingy quantity of pastries, lukewarm teas, no fresh fruit, no cheeses and so on. A hotel in that high end bracket should provide a proper buffet breakfast as most of their competitors do.

Stayed in this hotel in low season. The welcome was nice and friendly. The manager spoke English and showed us the room with the mosaique windows. The room was warm furnished, free mineral water and soft drinks in the fridge. Cause of low season there was not any decent restaurant opened in the area, the manager called a few local bars if they could welcome us for diner. Very appreciated ! A lot of local "commerce" was closed, Les Halles also closed while they should be open till 12 am. Think that Narbonne with the Midi canal crossing the town center should be fenomenal in the summer with the restaurants opened and terraces crowded with people. Next visit in the summer !

This is a wonderful family-run hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are well appointed clean, there is also a nice little pool. Francisco and his team were welcoming and helpful. Le Mosaique is within walking distance of restaurants, galleries and historic Roman sites. The train station is also a reasonable walk in nice weather.

This hotel is run like a Ritz Carlton. The surroundings are refined, but it is the staff that drives that feeling of absolute luxury. I chose this hotel because they had a perfect 10 score - something I've never encountered - but it is well deserved. It is so charming here, that it feels a bit surreal. It feels like a movie set. I can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful hotel. Attention to detail beyond expectations. Lovely staff. Great food. Superb decor. Really you cannot ask for more this hotel has it all. I will definitely come back. 100% recommended, it is in the slightly pricey side but is worth it

This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time. The staff at the hotel was simply fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everything was just elegant, professional and high on customer care. Do yourself a favour and book into this gem of a hotel!!

It’s a VERY nice place to stay- new, clean, quite, nice bedding, good staff. Everything you might require - bathrobe, slippers, water, coffee, napkins.. Good work! Thank you
