컬처 호텔 센트로 스토리코(Culture Hotel Centro Storico)

乾淨的環境，安全的區域。床和枕頭很舒適。最喜歡這家酒店的洗護香味，很好聞。早餐有咖啡供應，前台工作人員非常友好。

Rooms had water stains all over the walls like there had been damage that had not been repaired, the bathroom had patchy repairs on the walls like they had slapped spackle on top of screws and the shower was literally on a slope. The outside of the hotel is surrounded by graffiti and people loitering outside who are not staying there. We did not feel safe or comfortable here. They would not give me a manager to speak to, or a name or a phone number to call. ON TOP OF THIS… My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had an emergency at home and had to leave. The front desk showed no care to our situation and promised 3 calls to our room and didn’t deliver once while making us pay for our stay, regardless. Not telling us their cancellation policy and also not caring in any capacity that we were not only on our honeymoon that had to be cut short but also that we had to leave. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and seemed to know nothing. Very unhelpful and overall bad stay.

Very central hotel. Walked to castle, harbour, Spanish quarters, piazzas,churches etc. Very comfy room, large bed, soft pillows and bathroom with bath and shower. Room 104. Some street noise can be heard. Breakfast is well stocked, hot drinks are served whilst you help your self to buffet continental Italian style but with scrambled eggs and bacon, toaster for bread. Its good...basic but plenty. Hotel is clean. Do not open windows you will be eaten by mosquitoes. Round about outside the hotel it's totally filthy. Never seen so much filth in a city. Like bin men on strike! Roads, pavements Very dirty. Shame..spoils the city reputation. I lived in Italy and travelled to Naples in the past and it was never as bad. Very busy area round hotel but great supermarket just next door for drinks n snacks.. picnics etc.hotel couldn't been more helpful...lovely staff.

This hotel has a great location. It is in the middle of the Historical Center, so within walking distance to many places of interest. The staff was helpful and welcoming even before my arrival concerning any questions that I might have. The hotel is clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious. There is 24-hour reception. I felt safe at all times.

a fantastic hotel in the best location heart of Naples. 10 mins walk to the Spanish Quarter. Fabulous breakfast, plenty too suit everyone. We caught the Alba bus from airport 5 euros per person get off at the last Port stop and its a fairly straight walk from there, walk to Hotel around 15 mins\. on our return to airport (Naples) Hotel called us a Taxi 22.50 if booked with Hotel .All in all great 5 days in Naples .

A fantastic hotel is a great location . Staff lovely , breakfast great , comfy beds . Within 10 mins walk of the Spanish quarter , this hotel is a must if you want to be in the centre of Naples . We used Napoli tours for two great trips Amalfi coast and Pompei

The staff was very helpful; however, the property and the upkeep needs a lot of improvement. In the room the floors were dirty, there were little black bugs in the bathroom, and the padded walls were stained (Lord knows what's living under there). I had the breakfast included: the scrambled eggs were cold, as if they just came out of the refrigerator, the bacon and sausages were not even cooked, and the coffee wasn't good at all. This is far from being a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic stay at the Culture Hotel in Napoli. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is top notch. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Slept like logs. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. We can’t wait to come back.

The entrance to this hotel is in the side street off central Via Monteoliveto. The room I got was very tiny, but clean with soft bed taking most of its space. For several days due to the weather TV in the hotel (including my room) did not work and it took some time before they fixed it. The shower too worked somewhat inconveniently. The staff was very friendly and helpful, readily helping you to find your way through Naples. The breakfast was quite decent and included scrambled eggs with beckon, a bit of vegetable salad and various pastries. On overall it's quite a good hotel for a week stay .
