This was a trip planned for my birthday, so it was booked in advance, and I was really looking forward to this. First impressions count so I will explain why I didn’t give this 5 stars, but 4. When we arrived in the afternoon we couldn’t get into the building, the b&b is located within a building with other b&b’s so unless someone leaves you can not get in. It is manned but this is sporadically managed. Firstly, we arrived with a broken suitcase because the airline broke this so my husband had to carry the case as all the zip was broken. I was looking forward to getting to our room, dropping the case and heading out for food. However, there was no answer on the intercom. We decided to walk around the back of the building to see if there was another way into it. There wasn’t. We then seen that someone was going out of the building so managed to get in. It was around 3 flights of stairs up (there is a lift) and we knocked and rang the bell for no answer. We were waiting around 1 hour before we had contact from the owner and this was because my husband called TUI who this was booked through. This was resolved in an hour or so, but by then I was annoyed to say the least. The owner was apologetic and said that TUI hasn’t informed her, but I think it would have been sensible for her to make contact with mu husband and either have a way of accessing the keys (maybe a secure box) because she had to let us in remotely anyways. I personally think that this was for her to ensure that she knows guests will be arriving. When we arrived the inside is very clean and nicely decorated, I would say it’s aiming for traditional Italian style decor. There was access to WIFI (which is very good as we need to access this for our children and work). We met with the owner a couple of hours later, but we had already worked out how to access everything so it wasn’t really required (bar to pay the room tax). We were given vouchers for breakfast which is around a 2 minute walk from the b&b and you can have three items. It’s ok - opt for the fresh orange and cappuccino (if you like coffee), and don’t ask for a latte as that’s milk and a cappuccino is the most similar, but it is a short, worth bearing in mind also the only foods included are sweet pastries. The cleaner comes everyday but I think she preferred to clean from 8-10am and must be used to people leaving rooms by then. One day we started the day later as the day before we had a tour to Pompeii and wanted a little lay in the next day, but the cleaner was texting the owner about cleaning the room because it was after 10am. I didn’t appreciate that. It made us feel awkward and that we couldn’t relax. My other issue would be that it is very noisy, if you are noise sensitive you can hear everyone talking and closing doors on a morning before 8am. This was our second time staying at this accommodation. First of all, the location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Via Toledo and the Spanish Quarter, and another 5 minutes to the historic center. It’s also only a 2-minute walk to the metro with a direct line to the central train station. Adriana is a wonderful host — she provides all the necessary information and always makes you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and offer all the comfort you need. We definitely want to come back again, because Naples is a city close to our hearts, and without a doubt, we’ll stay at Adriana’s place for the third time as well. Highly recommended!

Alma Adri is a hidden gem not to be missed. Close to everything, port, shopping, bars and restaurants. Our room was simply stunning and of high quality. The bed is so comfortable. Adriana goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a peaceful and wonderful experience. Transfer to airport all arranged by Adriana - a beautiful lady hosting beautiful accommodation. Adriana is great with people . Very lovely and kind ,she helped us a lot during our stay. Whenever we need ,she is there for us. About the place, it's located in a very good position,close to ferry and metro. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful small hotel with an excellent and very kind hostess. We arrived as a group and stayed in four out of the six rooms. Located close to a piazza with several nice cafes. The rooms are clean and neat, bright rooms with very comfortable beds. I would happily return!
