BE CAREFUL: impolite employees, they say the bathroom is private when in fact the whole house uses it, they will put you in a worse room than the photo and hide the whole broken house, which smells bad in all spaces. I'm traveling the world, in the last 3 months I stayed in more than 31 accommodations, and until today the worst rating I had given for any review was 80. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to find this accommodation, where 0.1 is a good rating compared to low level, with distorted photos and some manipulated reviews acquired in exchange for "free baggage deposit". The checkin was 15 minutes far from the accommodation, which makes you walk around with luggage for a long time. The receptionist, totally unprepared, clearly unhappy to be working there, being very rude and impatient not only with me, but with other guests who were in the place. She gave me a contact on whatsapp, to contact if we had any problems, and when I arrived at the place the key she gave me didnt open the apar**ent door. When sending a message explaining it, she was online the whole time but it took almost 1 hour to respond, leaving us all this time trying to open the door from the outside and we just didn't stay longer because a couple arrived and opened the door for us. After more than 01 hour she sent someone there to solve the key situation, and when I entered the room I realized that it was very distorted from reality, the internet didnt workt and the bathroom was TOTALLY different from the option I had booked,to 3x smaller and dirty. When I told the receptionist about it, instead of explaining that the photo was really different from the bathroom and apologizing for that, she said that it was everything right, saying that it was the door on the right side of my room (but it was on the left side). I sent her a video from the bathroom asking if it was really that bathroom, since it was on the opposite side of what she was indicating, and 100% different from the photo, and told her the internet was not working. When again she demonstrate again no education and no professionalism, saying that I was "interrupting her work", since her job was precisely to clarify and solve the clients' problems, as in my case. Not satisfied, my reservation was 100% paid, but she started to say that as I paid for the accommodation with a debit card and not a credit card, I had no right to be in that place, and that if I kept pointing out the problems of the apar**ent she would would call the police and would take me out on the street A few minutes later, two girls appeared coming out of a room, where one of them used my bathroom that was PRIVATE. At that time I already realized the mess that was this accommodation and again I passed it on to them, but nothing was resolved. The another day I went there to get some documents to take the necessary measures, and they said they would put me in a better room doing a "COURTESY", the result of the courtesy was change for the real

Very good location, walking distance from most sights. Was in a kindof student apar**ent style with the rooms individually located with a communal style kitchen and dining area in case you wanted somewhere to eat. Clean apar**ents I had a great experience

Amazing stay! Great location and has air conditioning (which is a must in Italy during the summer!) highly recommend this place. The place is located near multiple popular squares. I highly recommend doing the hop on hop off bus as well while your stay in naples

check in place and rom are 15 min apart. They let you check into room at 3pm but leave room at 10pm. Guess this is Italian

The room is very cozy, it has its own bathroom and a little balcony. The air condition worked really well. The location is beautiful, you can reach many landmarks in less than 5 minutes. Even though the room is in the center of the city, at night it is really silent and you can sleep very good. The room service was awesome. Everyday somebody stepped by to refill soap and to refresh our towels.

Nice room in the center of Naples. Everything is nearby and can be reached by walking. The staff is very nice and always willing to help. There is a daily room service taking care of the room and provides soap and towels. The price is very fair, the service is helpful and the location is excellent.

We had a really nice day at the hotel, the room was big and comfy with all the amenities. The location is great it’s close to the main square of the city with a lot of bars and a lot of nightlife going on. We definitely commended

We stayed one night here but we had a really nice stay. The room is exactly what you need for a short stay, has all the equipment that you need and is clean. Also the hotel is in a great area. Everything nearby and you really feel like you’re part of Napels

This Bnb was the worst I've ever stayed in of my live, and I've been to many. To start, the good points of this BNB were : - Good location in the historical center - Good communication (via Whatsapp) with the staff, pretty receptive (until the complaints started coming, that's when they stopped answering) - One of the cheapest places you could stay at in Naples BUT I do not recommend this place for anyone. - Equipment : the shower door was broken. Impossible to shower with the door closed, very problematic. The bedside tables were half broken (we couldn't put anything on it because they were croked), lamp was broken too. Wifi only in common areas. - Noise : very noisy which is not precised in the ad. You will here everything, neighbours flushing their toilets (or having intercourse, which is lovely), coming in and out of their rooms, the bar/restaurant under your window. Not great if you're looking for a calm spot. - Cleanliness : the room was dirty (see pictures below of stains on the wall). The bathroom was even dirtier with mold and stains in the bathroom (photos also prove that). The wallpaper was ripped in the rooms. To sum up, I recommend paying a little extra to get a SUITABLE room somewhere else ! It will remain the worst experience i've had of a bnb and I can easily say it ruined the first few nights of my stay in Naples, so much that I almost considered leaving on the first night because it was so terrible. !!! Be aware that the place to pick up the keys is 15minutes away from the bnb : a long walk if you have suitcases !!!
