From the outside it looks like a run down old apartment building, but don't let that fool you. The rooms are modern and well designed, with of course your own Juliet balcony onto the street. Staff are friendly and helpful with great recommendations for where to eat and what to do.

One floor hotel in a private building - no signs outside building so a little hard to locate. To access need to be buzzed in which is hit and miss. Rooms are extremely basic and bare but decent size. Not welcoming, feels austere. Bathroom door didn't fit properly and so didn't close. Tiny bathroom, no shelf for items, mini sink. Overall maintenance is DIY - badly tiled, badly painted etc. Aircon, fridge, safe and kettle in room. Tiny TV. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is poor, mainly sweets items. I would not stay here again due to room facilities, breakfast and access to building.

It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

The staff were very nice, good location in the centre but I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars. Rooms are needing a bit of an update and the bed are so hard with the thinnest pillows. Breakfast was a bit of a let down.

Great central location,friendly staff,great breakfast included with booking ! Very clean and comfortable Room is small,but enough for couples. . Excellent stay for visiting Napoli,Capri,Amalfi coast ,close to port and big red bus first stop. Highly recommend 😊Definitely will book again 😊

Our first issue was actually finding the hotel. We walked past the entrance and once located it was very underwhelming. A dirty and dark entrance with limited signage and a tatty old lift welcomed us. Once on the 'hotels' level 3, the welcome didn't get much better with a very rude and abrupt staff member. Vague and unhelpful we made our way to our room. Our room was small, badly lit and poor facilities. The whole hotel seemed to be on one floor sperated by plaster board walls which we discovered at night. Only thing that saved this hotel from an even worse review was the location and the better experience we had with the lady who checked us out. Would give this a miss!!

Ottima esperienza, è stata una permanenza piacevolissima in quanto il personale è super gentile, disponibile e tanto attento…per non parlare del punto, praticamente davanti alla galleria Umberto I e dunque vicinissimo alle zone più attrattive del centro. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel moderno e funzionale, in modo tale da ricordare piacevolmente la permanenza nella bella Napoli.

Vacanza a Napoli riservata via Wonderbox di lusso. Scelto in base a foto e descrizione del sito. Design Hotel minimal chic?! Una presa in giro sia la camera che gli spazi comuni (sala colazione). 4 stelle?! Forse intendevano 4 stalle.... le uniche le diamo per la posizione centrale. Valore preteso per 3 notti 897.- € (299.- €/notte) e 1 notte extra 164.- € tariffa speciale (sigh...), un vero e proprio FURTO! rispetto a quanto realmente offerto!!! Raccomandiamo la lettura delle altre recensioni negative (altri siti del settore di ricerca alberghiero) che ben descrivono la situazione!
