팔라초 베빌아쿠아 나폴리 B&B(Palazzo Bevilacqua Napoli B&B)

We booked this place for 1 night with ******* and requested one double bed and one single bed. We paid for a triple deluxe room. At check in they asked for an extra 15€ even though we paid for 1 double and 1 single bed. We didn't agree and they said we need to contact ******* ourselves. We showed them the confirmation and they don't read English or speak English! And demanded we pay the extra 15€. We already stayed 4 nights at another airbnb in Naples and it was fantastic but this was our worse experience in Naples. ******* wasn't helpful and this placed basically demanded extra money. This hotel is located at a not so good area and there's renovations happening and it's not easy to find! The balcony is broken and the door opening to the balcony is still usable - very unsafe for those with kids!! It's super noisy in the morning when the kitchen door opens and closes! Upon check out, we asked if we can keep our luggages with them for 3hrs and they refused to help us because my friend was honest and gave them a one star. She was being honest with our experience and these people took it personally! They told us if we their help why we write a bad review!?? Storing luggage is a basic service but this place will put you luggages in the toilette anyway. There is no place to store luggages! They told us to delete the review they will let us store our luggages! We said NO and found a luggage storage place name Patrizia! We met so many nice Italians in Naples but these people are NOT nice to deal with! I do not recommend this place at all - it's cheap but the mattresses are not good quality and towels are also bad quality and looks used for 10 years already! Together with *******'s lack of accountability and this horrible customer service, thank god we only stay one night!!! The manager at this place is very awful people and replied to my friend about our honest review and told us we are childish and that we should not travel at all. I am glad everyone can see their reply it shows they have NO class!!!!! Please read their comment to our review on Google review and decide if you want to deal with such mean people! Naples has so many nice places no need to go to this cheap and awful place just to save a few dollars you might get the worse service if things don't go right if your booking!

I can’t express enough here how well Luigi and Palita exemplify the word ‘Hospitality’. The central location is a buzz of activity. Luigi’s B&B is newly renovated and appointed very comfortably-We loved the room (really loved the bed!) and especially the breakfast and traveler chatter. Luigi was helpful to us beyond any reasonable expectation in assisting several private obligations. THANK YOU. My hope and wish is that Luigi and his family visit us in Boston sometime soon so we can attempt to return the generosity.

Great location, very comfortable room, Luigi very helpful from the first moment we arrived in Napoli to the end.Very good communication with him with ideas where to eat ,where to go, how to go, about everything!! Thank you Luigi!!

Palazzo Bevilacqua Napoli was the perfect place to stay in Naples! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He communicated with us via text before our arrival, gave us recommendations for places to eat (and even made a reservation at a fantastic authentic pizza place with a second story terrace), and let us drop off our bags early while we explored the city. I stayed with my friend for one night, and we had a room with one queen bed, which was clean and very roomy. The room had a large, modern door out to a balcony, which was soundproof to street noise. The AC unit was new and worked great, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The reception area has a sitting room and a balcony, plus a fridge stocked with waters, sodas, and wine (which cost a small amount and was perfect to sit on our balcony at the end of the day). There was a free breakfast in the morning. It looked like the entire place had 6 rooms. It was very quiet, we couldn't hear any other people in the hotel. The location was perfect if you plan to explore Naples on foot! The famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele in across the street, and there are lots of other restaurants and cafes in the area. You never know what you're gonna get when you book lodging from afar, but we felt very lucky to stay at Palazzo Bevilacqua while in Naples!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b la scorsa settimana. Situato in un palazzo d'epoca in posizione strategica: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Nonostante sia sopra alla famosa pizzeria da Michele non si sentiva nessun rumore, pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante (brioches fresche, frutta, succhi, pane fresco, bevande calde) ma soprattutto gentilezza e cordialità da parte di tutto lo staff (compreso il portiere). Ci hanno consigliato sia posti dove andare a mangiare che luoghi da visitare, molto attenti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Napoli é meravigliosa e lo é stata ancora di più grazie a tutto lo staff di questo delizioso B&B. Ottimi consigli, comunicazione perfetta tramite tanti messaggini whatsapp e la posizione della struttura é stata fondamentale. Si é in centro storico, non nel mezzo del caos così di notte si dorme alla grande e a due passi dalla stazione che porta a Pompei, Sorrento ecc La fermata della metropolitana si chiama DUOMO ed é praticamente sotto il Palazzo. Consigliamo a tutti Palazzo Bevilacqua

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno e consiglio sulla città. Acqua fresca sempre a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Colazione alla napoletana a base di brioches e frutta, succhi e caffè. Pulizia giornaliera. Abbiamo richiesto il cambio asciugamani a metà soggiorno. Posizione da 10 e lode per visitare napoli, per la metro, per i negozi, tranquillità e porto per le isole. Praticamente sopra una delle migliori pizzerie di Napoli. A causa di lavori di rifacimento della facciata non abbiamo potuto usare lo spazio esterno in balcone.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabilité de Luigi, il a pu nous conseiller à plusieurs reprises au sujet d'activités, de restaurants, nous a proposé de commander un taxi pour nous rendre au port etc.. l'hôtel est très bien situé en pleins centre historique mais suffisamment au calme pour pouvoir passer de bonnes nuits. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, la literie est de bonne qualité et tout est propre. Dans le cas d'un prochain séjour à Naples nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner au Palazzo Bevilacqua Napoli

Dal 27 al 30 maggio 2023. Quando si dice essere praticamente a casa propria tra amici. Luigi e Margherita, i due proprietari, sin dalla prenotazione hanno mostrato tutta la loro napoletana simpatia e ospitalità. In pratica come se li conoscessi da tempo. Posto centralissimo (a ca. 300 mt dalla stazione dei treni) e in un palazzo d'epoca. Essenziale e pulito, comodo e originale. Servizi privati in camera. Non potevo scegliere di meglio con i miei amici. Decisamente consigliato. Da qui ci si muove in maniera efficace e utile per visitare Napoli. Grazie Margherita e Luigi perchè quando si dice un'ottima vacanza, lo è anche per il posto dove alloggi e per le persone che ti accolgono. Alberto
