Very satisfied with the stay. The copious free water was a nice touch. The king size bed and shower where great. We were greeted by the host who was very friendly and welcoming and also allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Location is very central however be aware all the streets are cobbled in the area if you have bigger suitcases. Brilliant stay and I would stay again. Place was very clean and well finished.

Beautifully clean and modern apartment situated just off the SpaccaNapoli- right at the centre of everything. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this fantastic BnB. The Doppio room was elegant, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. Its central location in the historical center allowed us to easily explore the city's cultural treasures. Our host, Luigi, was outstanding. He took great care of us, providing helpful recommendations and quickly addressing any needs we had. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt truly pampered during our stay. We had the pleasure of staying at the most exceptional BnB to date. The Doppio room exceeded our expectations, boasting spaciousness, immaculate cleanliness, and a contemporary design. Its prime location in the historical centre further added to its appeal, immersing us in the vibrant essence of Naples. Moreover, our host, Luigi, consistently went above and beyond, providing unparalleled assistance and readily addressing any inquiries we had. The combination of these remarkable elements culminated in a flawless experience during our time in Naples.

This is an excellent choice in Naples. The location of the rooms couldn’t be better - right in the centre of all action yet completely quiet with windows closed. The accommodation is sparkling clean, spacious and having a shared kitchen was a plus although you’re spoilt for eating out options in town. There’s even a washing machine for guests to use. I particularly loved the selection of teas provided - at least 15 different varieties, as well as a nespresso machine and some basics for a light sweet Italian breakfast. Wifi was excellent. Luigi is a great host - it was self check in and he sent all details in advance and all was clear. This meant I could check in late in the evening without any extra charge unlike most other similar properties in Naples. I could also leave my suitcase after check out. You cannot beat the price and quality of Luigi’s accommodation - if it is available for your stay in Naples, consider yourself lucky and look no further. Thank you & I hope to be back one day.

We found La Strada Parlata excellent value for money. Situated right in the heart of the city, it was easy to find lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also an easy 15 min walk to the central station too. We used the trains quite a lot to visit places like Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Sorrento, and it was cheap! The hotel room was comfortable and it had a nice modern bathroom with plenty of towels and a few toiletries. The kitchen area, just outside our room, was a very welcome addition for keeping food in the fridge and making ice cubes in the freezer. There was also a coffee machine (with coffee pods), washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob and microwave. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little gem.

If your looking for accommodation in the heart of Napoli then this is the place for you. Perfect for restaurants and city sites, everything was perfect and if you wish to cook and wash stuff then the kitchen area is just for you, as it has everything and i mean everything to hand, just like home. Wi Fi is super fast to stay in touch, and bed was cosy for us, shower excellent. Air Con for the hot days and nights, it was 29c. Luigi was very informative and always to hand by telegram. Free water, tea and coffee. 100% recommended. Geoff & Debbie.

+ Расположение в самом центре +До автовокзала и прочих мест можно было дойти за 15-20 минут +На кухне есть возможность чая с печеньками. +Есть возможность пользования стиральной машиной (но где потом сушить вещи -вот вопрос?!) +В ванной были бутыльки с шампунем. - Не понравилось · Владелец номера не спустился и не пообщался лично. Его мы не видели вообще ни разу. Не было никакого объяснения и прояснения, где наш номер и тд. Нашли всё сами. Все что интересовало приходилось выспрашивать через приложение. Чистота в номере не соответствует отзывам. Пыль как была не протерта- так и оставалась на своих местах. Постельное бельё было в разводах ...*крови*? с какими-то пятнами и практически в каждом месте рваное. Неудобная под наклоном кровать, при этом матрацы все продавленные ,будто их не меняли лет 100... В ванной не пополнялись ни шапочки для душа, ни гель. Просто стояла бутылка с шампунем. Вентиляция была грязной. Шумоизоляции никакой. Было слышно всех кто разговаривал во внутреннем дворике . Были ваучеры в кафе на завтрак. Но побывав там 3 раза убедились ,что лучше заходить в другие места. Булочки были полежавшими, сухими и не вкусными, все разы когда мы приходили на завтрак. Тирамису- вообще пародия на самого себя ( и это в Италии??!!) Да и в целом персонал кафе -видя ваучер не особо был этому рад. Как-то не приятно это происходило, хотя входило в немалую сумму за проживание в целом.
