It was a nice enough stay, but two real gripes are that #1 the internet service was very difficult to get on to. After trying for half an hour with no success, went to the front desk for help. The girl behind the desk couldn't have cared less about helping, or explaining why there was no service. After another half hour wait, I did connect. But service very slow. Gripe #2 . . . $30 mandatory "Resort Fee." Give me a break. Management should realize their guests aren't the ****** they must think we are.
