Club Naples RV Resort

I just want to say Thank You to Mike Safranek, District Maintenance Manager. Before Tropical Storm Debby, Mike, was being proactive and asked all the residents who had generators if we needed fuel in case we lost power (which we did for a few hours). Mike and Roy picked up the tanks, filled the tanks up and delivered them back. Sunday, Aug 4th when Tropical Storm Debby was dumping 7 inches of rain on SW FL, you would see Mike driving around the park in the rain, checking on the park, making sure everything was the excess was was draining properly and if not he was there with a pump to move the water. It’s so nice to see management taking an interest and being concerned for the park.

The lawn maintenance crew has been very great to deal with! They have done an excellent job maintaining the grounds while respecting everyone's property. They always have a friendly attitude while doing their work even on the hottest of days!! They have waited on me to finish emptying my groceries out of my car into my rv several times very patiently happy to have the park looking great even with ALL of thus crazy rain they have had to work around.

I had to notify maintenance because the freezer stopped working. Mike had me try something to see if that works. It unfortunately did not. While he was measuring for a new fridge, I had to tell him the washer stopped working that morning as well. Mike had me a new refrigerator and washer before the weekend was over. Roy helped install them and made sure everything’s worked before he left. He also made sure to come back around later that day to see how things were going. These two went above and beyond expectations we had.

Sure nice staff had a great stay highly recommend. Check rates online Lots of close restaurants and sites. When u book ask for mgr to get best quality and room we stayed several times now. Kids loved it

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL!! The people are super friendly, the property is immaculate! I have never stayed at a place and loved it so much that I wanted to move there, until now. The people in the office are so helpful and kind! The work that is put into making this gem is remarkable. There are community activities every week, a clubhouse with TVs, a pool table, games, puzzles, and books! My teenage daughter loves to hang out and read or play pool. It is so clean and well kept here. The crew works hard to keep this place pristine and it shows! “T” cleans the cottages and does a wonderful job! Mike maintains the grounds and keeps everything in top notch working order. Anne is the property manager, and she is an awesome person to meet! She has assisted me in my constantly changing reservation, making sure everything is in order! These people are what makes this community spectacular!! I cannot express how great of a job they are doing. I haven’t met one person who has a negative thing to say about Club Naples RV Resort, and I can understand why. The best that Naples has to offer!!

back in june my fifth wheel caught fire with me and my dog inside. it burned to the ground along with my car and storage shed.we got out with not even a minute to spare. everyone in the community was a blessing to us as they gathered clothes,money, and anything we needed to cope. Mike and Anna went way beyond in helping me with an immediate place to stay and with anything at all we needed.I will never forget kindess and humanity i recieved from then.
