파리안 리토스(Parian Lithos Residence)

Beautiful place in a perfect location, with our own terrace and sitting area. The design and aesthetics were calming and sophisticated. The stone work and plants created a tranquil setting for our stay. Gorgeous pool and view from the pool. Great breakfast and Katerina and her team were helpful with everything we needed.

Nice Property on a quiet part of town. There was parking on the street for our rental car. Nasia greeted us upon check-in. She was very sweet. Gave us some great information on where to eat and swim on the island. Piertzovani is the owner and she treated us very well. Thank you! Rates were very reasonable. Located near Naoussa, not really walking distance, it’s a bit of a hike, so we always took our car and found a spot there. Getting around the island with a rental car was very easy. Naousaa has great restaurants and there is a really nice supermarket nearby. There is a walkable beach, but it’s not as good as the multiple beaches we visited around the island. There was an amazing breakfast buffet everyday, with fried eggs and bacon, just the way I like it. Everything was super fresh. Only downside was that breakfast didn’t start until 8:30 a.m. and we are early risers. All good...it all worked out. It was so good! Room was very comfy. Soaps and shampoos provided, as well as a safe, a refrigerator and a decent size closet. The room could have used a table/stand or two for our suitcases. Very limited channels on the TV. There was also a seating area on the deck out in front of our room with an overlooking view of the bay. The pool was really nice and refreshing. Blue lights at night. Swim till 9 pm. Towels for the pool and or the beach are available for the asking. Came here on a recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. We highly recommend this location for your stay on Paros. It made for a very memorable holiday here. Paros was beautiful! One of my Favorite Islands. Be sure to visit Antiparos as well.

Highly recommend the Parian Lithos…. Rooms were clean (all the time) Service was incredible. Katerina and her staff were soooo warm and friendly. Very helpful with tips on where to go Paros. Great suggestions/recommendation for restaurants (anywhere on the island). Works with a great reputable car rental (Galanakis) to deliver cars to the hotel for you. Breakfast was Good and a great way to start your day. Thank you for making our first trip to Paros special…

This is a really spectacular property!! Everything is 5 star!! The personalised service is brilliant!!! The roof top terrace with a beautiful view is amazing and enhanced with a gorgeous pool. Will never forget the beautiful host, Nancy!!! She was incredible!! Made our stay really special!!! Loved meeting her!!!👍👍❤️

Lovely 9 days at this hotel.Ideally situated-about a 10 mins walk into town.A little scary of a walk in the dark,and definitely would not have taken the short cut if I was alone-would walk the main road where there is better lighting.Bus services were good-get a timetable from the driver-this proved to be a godsend.Was able to go to several other places by using the bus services rather than a taxi for approx 2euros each way.Katarina was lovely at the hotel along with Nancy.They were there for any help or questions you might have.Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels-if there was to be a negative that would be breakfast-not many choices and after a few days became very repetitive-perhaps introducing other foods might be nice.

BEST Stay so far on our European trip! The views from this hotel are BREATHTAKING, the room is very comfortable and the service is beyond EXCELLENT! We had breakfast included in our package and I'm so glad to have tried it. It's fresh daily and so delicious. Everyone we came in contact with helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. Katerina is ONE OF A KIND! She gave us tips on things to do and every recommendation was on point. This hotel/residence is near downtown Paros and an easy 10 minute walk away from all the main action but far enough for a quiet/peaceful stay! We told Katerina we'll be back and honestly...I can't wait to plan a trip and come back to Parian Lithos!!

Met by lovely staff who were super helpful. The view out to the ocean was lovely and the roof top infinity pool was great. Bathroom was a little small without a window and the breakfast was minimal but very nice. Location was good - a short walk into the main town and right next to a bakery and a short walk away from a supermarket. Room was very clean

We traveled here as a young couple on holiday from the states for 3 nights. Our time was nothing short of amazing. Katerina runs a tight ship and it shows. My fiancé and I loved speaking with her father, seemingly every morning and evening on the front patio. He gave us a ride into town to visit a beautiful winery for a couple euros one day. Our room and sea view was stunning. Everything was clean and AC worked without a hitch during the Greek summer. Absolutely try some of their parian lithos white wine and rose! Inexpensive and delightful. A small, consistent, mediocre breakfast that doesn't try to impress. You won't mind it while drinking your coffee and taking in the views from the patio. Only downside to take note of is a small infinity-ish pool that partially overlooks a main road into Naoussa town with a large telephone pole transformer above.

Loved our stay here, they have everything you want and it’s very reasonably priced for Naoussa. The rooms are nice, AC works well, the infinity pool and sun beds are perfect with a nice view, and reception is super helpful. It’s kinda a stiff walk to Naoussa center in the Greek summer heat (10-15 min walk) but really not that bad.
