Very conveniently located next to the Chateau and Tram line. Nice size room. Bathroom has shower and tub. Generally quiet but during the protests I did hear the amplified noise a block away. The breakfast is really lovely. Fantastic fresh croissants for breakfast, and fresh squeezed orange juice. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. I came to Nantes for a conference, and took the convenient tram to the exposition center. Sightseeing, restaurants and transportation nearby to this hotel.

Estuve en diciembre en este apartamento. No es para pasar más de 1 noche seguida. Es un apartamento muy pequeño, que dispone de una mini-cocina como de juguete. Las camas no eran muy incómodas pero la almohada era un cojín. Eso si, estaba todo muy limpio El Buffet era muy justo y pequeño. Era como estar en la cocina de casa. Había pan, máquina para café, fiambre (york y queso) y bollería (croissant y napolitanas) , mermelada y mantequilla. Todo contado y el día que estuvimos le dijimos a la chica que no había bollería y solo nos dio un croissant para cada una, en vez de reponer la cesta. Además, mostró como molestia al decirle que no habia croissant cuando llegamos. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que la Recepción era hasta las 7-8 de la tarde, lo que te corta el tiempo. En mi caso ibamos haciendo ruta por la Bretaña francesa y cada día nos quedábamos en un alojamiento. Por lo que el último día no llegamos a tiempo para hacer el checking, así que llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que las llaves del apartamento estaban en una caja fuerte al entrar en recepción. Nos dio un código de acceso tanto para la puerta del edificio como para la caja fuerte y pudimos hacer el checking. Ese mismo día, tuvimos la mala suerte de que la ducha no echaba agua, así que nos facilitaron una habitación libre para poder ducharnos o quedarnos. Por ese lado, estuvo bien Otra cosa es que las recepcionistas deberían saber , además de inglés, otro idioma como español, por ejemplo. No solo la gente que viaja habla Inglés, sino Español también.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

Très bel emplacement dans le quartier médiéval avec des restaurants aux pieds. Chambre, au 1er étage, n'était pas trop chaude malgré des températures de canicule. vue sur une ruche mais pas de soucis avec les abeilles qui restent à proximité de la ruche. Dommage qu' elles aient pas plus de plantes fleuries à butiner sur les toits.
