체크인 당일 늦게 도착했는데 위치가 좋고 성천지 뒷편이라 주변에 먹거리도 많고 근처에 비엔티안 시티도 있어서 좋았습니다. 칫솔이 잇몸이 몇 번 부러졌네요 이 가격에 이런 칫솔은 호텔에서 오랜만에 봐요 침대 옆 충전기 소켓이 고장났어요. 스킨 케어 목욕은 Bai Ruide에서 제공되며 매우 관대합니다. 다양한 아침 식사 피곤할 땐 80층까지 올라갔다가 방으로 내려가야 하는 번거로움이 있습니다.

죄송합니다. 지난 며칠 동안 매우 바빠서 이제 리뷰를 작성할 시간이 생겼습니다. 작년 크리스마스에 좋은 경험을 했고 광시에서 마침내 괜찮은 5성급 호텔을 갖게 된 것 같았기 때문입니다. 이번에 이그제큐티브 플로어 스위트룸에 묵었는데 2번의 경험을 해본 결과 메리어트 브랜드의 리츠와 같은 수준의 LUXURY이기는 하지만 전체적인 스타일은 좀 더 비즈니스에 가깝고 장식이나 가구도 허술하지 않다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 고급스럽습니다. 수평적 비교는 다음과 같습니다. 리츠칼튼, 파크 하얏트 ＞ 포시즌스, 인터컨티넨탈 ＞ [롱광나리안], 그랜드 하얏트, 힐튼 ＞ 하얏트, 르네상스; 호텔에 대한 제 제안은 다음과 같습니다. 스위트룸의 욕실 2개에 있는 세면대 3개에는 모두 "배수구만 있고 넘침구는 없습니다"(스타일을 추구하기 위한 것인지 디자인 감독을 위한 것인지는 모르겠습니다). 배수구 배수가 매우 느립니다. 시간이 없으면 세면대의 물 수위에 주의를 기울이면 쉽게 넘칠 수 있습니다(면도하는 데 시간이 걸립니다). 게다가 기본적으로 조리대 아래에 헤어드라이어가 놓여 있어서 매우 위험하니 심각하게 받아들여주시길 바랍니다. 그리고 케이크와 레드와인을 보내주신 모나님과 린다님께도 감사드리며 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다.

We stayed at Na Lotus Hotel on Feb14,2024。Why we didn't accept Two Glasses Cocktail during us stay that date?That night we went up to the 80th floor. The waitress told us to come back tomorrow (next date Feb15). Tonight was not accepted and she told us . If we sit by the window, we have to pay 500 yuan we can sit down! So how do hotel services charge? I paid more than 2,000 RMB for one night. Will we book again for next time ? It turned out to be a scam! When i booked a hotel online, The Trip web site showed up that can use this ticket for accommodation that night . I didn't understand why did you post it up on the trip web site ?？？

The service attitude is very good. The staff are polite and friendly. They respond quickly to customer requests👍🏻On one occasion, the air conditioner in the room I originally stayed in could not meet my requirements. After reporting to the front desk, staff responded within 10 minutes. They arranged a fully air-conditioned room for me, and it was almost midnight. I really appreciate and appreciate the hotel staff for behaving responsibly and resolving issues for guests. It should be noted that many hotels often experience insufficient air conditioning, but this can be resolved within a short period of time after response. Not every hotel can do this👍🏻Later, I also received many calls from hotel staff to apologize, which made me feel embarrassed😅

Overall, I thought the place was pretty good. Everyone there was helpful and nice. The room was clean, however starting to show its age. Some of the tiles grout are gone, and u can see gaps. The gap between the carpet and the tile needs to be sealed or covered. Biggest downer was my kid had a stomachache after having their breakfast. She felt better after she vomit. The hotel personnel did come to check up and brought her some porridge, milk and fruit, but she didn’t eat any. Next day we only used the breakfast for their coffee. I did use their pool. Wish it was a little warmer.

This trip is a bit rush, therefore we hv not much time to make use of the facilities. I've tried the oil massage at the 77th floor Spa, the massage was only average with the amount they are charging. Will not visit the Spa again. We have no chance to have meals at the hotel restaurants but we surely hope to try out the hotel complimentary breakfast which was offered free to the hotel guests at a different period after my bookings. Not to forget, all the staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with the guests. It was a nice stay.

Perfect stay. Will recommend easily for anyone.

Best hotel in Nanning

在攜程選了很久最後選了龍光那蓮酒店，萬豪集團的奢華品牌品控果然可以。風景無敵了哈哈！晚上還在酒店裡吃了個自助餐，真的好多吃的！第二天早班也在酒店裡吃，真的好多吃的！下次去南寧度假還要選擇龍光那蓮酒店！

房間很乾凈，床鋪非常舒適柔軟。工作人員態度熱情，很有禮貌，還提供了很多貼心服務，剛好生日酒店不僅幫佈置了房間還贈送了小蛋糕。此外航班晚點還幫忙做了免費延遲4點退房。總之，這是一家非常不錯的酒店，謝謝忠誠客户部的maylin rena Vivian Claire，值得再次光顧！

酒店屬於南寧第二高樓，樓層高風景好視野廣。酒店忠誠客户部vivian幫忙安排了房間升級，到270度落地窗的景觀特色房間。同時他們還提供了管家服務，響應速度很快。續住還給我送了早餐，感謝rena 和maylin

極少來寫評價。然而龍光酒店實在值得。這次閨蜜遊由我負責定酒店。入住前已有專人溝通好我需要的房型，整個入住體驗也是非常友好。進酒店即刻開始驚艷。高大尚的酒店格局，琳琅滿目走不到頭的自助餐，延時退房衹需要一個電話，所有需求均被一一滿足。幸運的還碰到了酒店頂樓的派對，見到眾多俊男靚女。這一場短途旅行讓人印象深刻。by the way，謝謝rena和maylin。
