Front desk service and room amenities at this hotel is amazing. However, when I went to the gym with my family on the last day, I experienced the worst gym etiquette, and the reception of the gym area gave my family member a very bad attitude when we asked if she could get the bunch to quieten down and practice better etiquette. What a bad start to the morning and end to our stay.

The hotel rooms are in good shape and very comfortable. There is no USB charging port in the room, that’s the only downside, but the hotel was able to provide an adapter. The lifeguard at the pool has excellent customer service and he was very helpful every day I visited the pool and spa area.

Very nice and big hotel next to a big shopping mall. It’s not close to main shopping district, but at least next to a mall. Service is great and hotel is big, though can tell is getting a bit old. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned "will check and revert ASAP", but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.
