房間不大，但是，很乾凈。位置極好

very cozy hotel, rooms are big, very clean and the employees are all nice and kind

We booked this stay to celebrate our Anniversary. We choose the royal package so we could enjoy the wellness, dinner and breakfast all in one. I had emailed the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary and they said they usually don't provide extras with such occassions but they were willing to have a bottle of wine ready in the room. Unfortunately we never did receive that. Wellness was a nice addition to the package. Jacuzzi, sauna, infra red and showers. Good enough to use for an hour. Dinner was the high point of our evening. The dishes were delicious and nicely plated. 5 courses of amazing skill and flavor. I would come back soly to eat in this restaurant!!! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything your expect of a 4 star hotel. Mini bar, amenities etc The only reason I can't score this experience more then 3 stars is because of the breakfast. In my opnion (with experience staying in hotels over the world like USA, Canada, UK, Morocco, Lebanon etc) this was not a 4 star experience. The overall selection is very limited. The deli meats were only consisting of pork so we could not eat from it. Some salmon would have been a nice addition. I never in my whole life have had to fry, bake my own eggs in a 4 star hotel. This is one the weirdest things I have experienced. Me standing at a stove making my own eggs while paying well over 300 euro for a nights stay. You really need to up your game when it comes to breakfast. At least get a chef to provide nicely made omelets, scrambeld eggs etc. There are only 30 rooms so you could provide such an excellent standard if you put in the effort. The breakfast buffet area is also very dark and small. Kept bumping into people and let's not start about the very slow coffee machine. Overall the stay would have been perfect if we didn't have to check out with the experience of such a bad morning. Hopefully this is something you can improve on then it would be 5star

The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and nicely decorated. Amenities are lovely.

I travelled with my girlfriend in Namur, we chosed this hotel to spend time in the spa for our first trip. The hotel has a good localisation in Namur, we were close to the center and also next to the hill of namur with an amazing view of the city. The room was very confortable, huge and clean. We spend someting like two hours in the bath, it is a very good bathroom. The bed is good, I was just a little bit dispointed that is a double bed and not a kingsize bed (but I still have a good night ! ) To be perfect, I just miss a television with Netflix or Amazon. And staff is very lovely :) To conclude you can go in this hotelif you want to spend a good time with you love !

The hotel is nice enough but for the price (£190 per night) it needed to go beyond the nice enough category. It slipped up on the small things. The coffee machine in the room only allowed for 2 coffee's and there was only 1 small bottle of complementary water between 2 people. The swimming pool is more for comic value. Its about 6ft wide and would serve better as an elaborate pond / fish tank. I would put this pool into the false advertisement category - its very small and unsuitable for anything more than dipping your feet into.

- Walking distance from the old town of Namur - Friendly customer service - Free parking at the front-yard of the hotel - In-hotel bar open long enough to catch the last drink - Once cannot swim in the swimming pool (it is way too small). It probably serves a decorative purpose? Also, the pool is behind a glass wall which means every single hotel guest can see right through it. - The bathroom wall was made of glass! What an absurd design choice. One *cannot* sleep (or fall asleep) at the same time when another person is in the bathroom and the light is on! - No sink in the restroom. One has to open two doors (one that leads to the restroom, and one that leads to the sink) before one can wash their hands. Again, absurd design. - There was literally only *one* socket. How else can we charge 2 iPhones and 2 MacBook Pros at the same time? Do we need to travel with a docking station? Also, the only socket that was available is hidden underneath a table.

we have stayed in this hotel many times in the past but sadly now needs a good clean and update. expensive breakfast
