1.房間跟老了，走在地板上咯吱咯吱的，但是晚上特別安靜 2.開窗户就是高爾夫球場，身心愉悦，晚上可以聽見蛙叫 3.服務很好 總之來肯尼亞是我的首選

This hotel provided a fantastic base from which to explore Nairobi and its environs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with fabulous views over the lovely golf course. The restaurant food was excellent and well-presented with timely service. As well as the golf course, the other facilities on offer include a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa. Above all, the hotel staff could not have been more obliging or welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Windsor Golf & Country Club. The room was delightful, no a/c but a fan in the room. Roomy and clean, very comfortable bed. Golf course was fabulous! Food in hotel was good and the service was excellent!

I participated in the Windsor Mini Marathon on November 15, 2025. The track is amazing for jogging because it combines a scenic track and one that meets physical requirements for a good run. The track is enveloped by a natural forest which provides clean air and a cooling effect. Freshly-brewed coffee picked from their neighboring farm is served after.

Tourists do not visit the poolside restaurant I am warning you. The course is amazing and we decided to grab a bite by the pool, BIG MISTAKE. It is ridiculously expensive. The customer service is THE WORST IN KENYA. I saw a chef use her FINGER without gloves to lick icecream from the serving containers. DISGUSTING. Then we ordered 2 mocktails on a slow day and they took 30 mins as the waitress Mary took her sweet time chatting with the bartender. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Windsor has very friendly staff who are welcoming to guests. Yvone is one of them who welcomed us eith a smile. There is an ambient environment and very nice and tasty food.

The ambience is really amazing for conference and personal travel. Customer service was excellent and all the staff were professional, courteous, and ready to help. Big thanks to Nicholas from concierge for a warm welcome and arranging pick up perfectly for the entire group arriving at different times and Joan for a wonderful check in experience and Steven on standby for support. Lastly, Vallery is a phenomenal organisation.
