This property needs significant improvement. The things that you take for granted at this price were not there. Cons: 1. Hot water goes out after minimal use. We were couple with two kids. If one kid goes to bath, one has to wait 30 mins for water to get hot. 2. We went in the peak of winters. Their heaters were not effective. 3. In 3 days of my staff, I had to call 5+ times to change bulbs. They keep on getting fused. Owner is cutting corner with cheap quality. 4. Internet was far and between and very patchy. 5. I called at 9.30pm, and they said they can only serve the main course. Snack time (tikkas etc.) gets over by 8.30pm Pros: 1. staff, right from the hello boy to manager to security guard, was extremely helpful. They tried to make the maximum of minimum facilities. They arranged a separate room to accommodate the poorly function heater and water gyser. They also arranged cake for my birthday 2. Amazing view from all the room.

In addition to its natural beauty and luxurious accommodations, Casa Dream Resort also offers a range of outdoor activities, such as trekking and nature walks, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings. The resort's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices was also commendable.

Our two day stay was good as the room was clean and good view from balcony.The only issue was disturbance from the noise of large group for the whole day till late evening. Front staff needs training and professionalism. Nobody asked for welcome drinks.

We stayed in a Mountain View super deluxe room with balcony…I should mention pros and cons… Pros… Nice view and clean rooms Excellent Restaurant staff specially Ms Pooja Cons… - The Hotel entertains groups. during our stay a group of 80 students stayed for two days and their sports and music activities spoiled the peace in morning and till 10 PM.I was told same happens when destination Wedding ceremony takes place.I would advise to check of group stay prior to your booking - Far from most of the attractions - You get a taxi very costly through Hotels - Lawns and flower pots are not maintained as for any luxury hotel. - Reception Staff is not professional specially Mr Harish.

The ambience is good.....check in and lobby was amazing.....the sov restaurent is superbb...also the the breakfast buffet in boulevard is delicious....the Merlin bar is good....housekeeping gave us good service ......thank you orchid

Stay was pleasant, Location very fine with good garden space. Food was good with plenty of options and services were prompt and apt. Dineshji, Harish, Umesh, Shalini and Lohani ji were very cooperative.

The hotel is basic. But clean and the food was really good. The members of staff are v friendly and ready to help. Very attentive. The views from this hotel is absolutely mind blowing. You can see the sun rising from the mountains. Very clean air and peaceful. There is 24 hours hot water. The room was extremely cold. We had to wear our gloves, cap, socks and lots of layers so in the colder months take all your warm gear. The staff did bring us heaters to warm up. The resort is right on top of the mountains and has one of the spectacular scenery. The nearest attraction is an ancient temple, Mukteshwar Mahadev.
