We came here to India from the USA to spend time with our son and his finance who is Indian. We are time share owners and have traveled many places and resorts all over the world. We have enjoyed all the staff and have been taken care of well. The highlight of our trip was the excellent attentive care and patience in the evening of the four nights we were here where server Manoj Bisht took great care to fulfill our every need. He even had the excellent chefs that work hear come out and listen to our requests of specific dishes not on the menus which they so graciously took time and effort to make for us. They even made my wife Kadha, at her request, as she was fighting a bad cold. The food was great! No complaints. Thanks, Sterling Nainital, you have made this part of our trip wonderful. Manoj you are the best server we have ever had!

We stayed in Cottage, the stay was good. We had a great time. The staff was welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Pramod. The food was really nice and delicious. The washrooms and furniture need a bit renovation. Our main purpose of visit was function which was fulfilled and the surrounding area was very peaceful and relishing. All the arrangements made by the staff were good. In all it was a nice stay.

This was my 4th visit and I finally found my favourite hotel in Nainital. The location is perfect. It faces the Naini Lake, its on the mall road area where most prominent shops are there, its walking distance for Naini Devi temple and bhotia market area, and walking distance from the zoo shuttle pickup zone. The staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed in lake facing rooms. They are really amazing and adequately designed with modern amenities. The rooms are well lit with natural light. They have good space and can accommodate 2+1. The room service is very prompt and the hotel has no problem with you bringing food from outside. I was there with friends and we cherished every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories.

The reservation and front office team– Sunny, Sujata, Divyanshu, Shruti, Nidhi, Kailash and Ajam – made sure our arrival and departure was smooth, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The housekeeping team, including Naveen, Piyush, Vivek, Jagarnath, Sanjay, Pooja, and Sarita, ensured that our room and the entire resort were spotless and comfortable throughout. The F&B team– Ritik, Priyanka Bisht, Kuldeep, and Monika – made our dining experiences special, with their warm service and attention to detail, enhancing the joy of our celebration. The serene environment of the resort, combined with the exceptional service from the staff, made our 25th anniversary truly unforgettable. Below is my honest review. - room and toilet were clean. - view was good. - room has tv but they recharged it for our 1st day only, post that it wasn't working. - staff was friendly and supportive. - food price are little higher. You will find same food with lower price at mall road. - location of hotel is at mall road but you have to use strayers to reach the hotel, if you are ok with it then it's fine. My overall experience was good with this hotel.

리리뷰어I have stayed at this resort for 2 times. This is the best property to have a very comfortable day at bhimtal. The place itself is very beautiful, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Staff are very courteous. They work extra mile to to make you feel comfortable. Managers mr birendra and mr rakesh are very hospitable and quick to respond. Restaurant deserves a special mention especially mr jeevan and the great head chef. This is a great stay option for all people travel-ling to nainital.
