나는 괜찮 았고 그렇게 좋은 것은 없었습니다. 이번에 호텔 숙박에 대해 실제로 마음에 들지 않은 것은 겨울에 있었고 호텔에 간헐천이 없었습니다. 그들은 고객에게 동일한 것을 전달하지 않았습니다. 그들은 뜨거운 물이 필요한 경우 준비 할 수 있다고 말할 수있었습니다. 서비스 동기가 전혀 없습니다. 그들은 당신에게 답장을 줄 준비가 되어 있지만 행동할 준비가 되어 있지 않습니다. 내 호텔 방은 1600+가 청구되었지만 방은 그만한 가치가 없었습니다. 어쨌든 최고

A budget hotel right at the center of the market .rooms are very small , towels were dirty. Electric kettles were rusty , untidy. there a cinema hall at the floor above and at night you can clearly hear the night show movie dialogues. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. they have tie up with the restaurant attached to the cinema hall. dining is a big issue there. Better to avoid the hotel if you are travelling with family and kids.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.

Very late sevice tendency ,while we book a room for 3 person well in very advance but provided same size room as double bed room where no extra matress can accommodate ...food quality is very poor in resturant ,chicken is like chewing gum or rubber .....so one word avoid this food joint ...
