excellent stay, the staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. delicious breakfast, and really comfortable rooms. My son got heat rash on his legs and the staff immediately came to help and brought medicine which really helped. will definitely return.

We stayed at a lovely room at Opal, and enjoyed the best service one can offer by Maria - thank you Maria, you were amazing! The room has everything one needs and beyond. Two bathrooms, two balconies, a huge and delicious breakfast, nice kitchen and more and more. This place is not at the heart of town, but walking distance and certainly away from hectic touristic life. which was nice.

Great experience. The receptionist was very professional and very kind to us. Every part of the room has been carefully organized and it is fully equipped. It was a quiet place and close to the center without having to take the car. The services are perfect and individualized to our needs.

The suite was very beautiful and very comfortable. It's ideal for couples but also and for families. The breakfast was very good and you have a lot of options to choose from. It is near the city which is very important too. The stuff was very kind with us and willing to solve all our queries!

Excellent room that lived up to our expectations. Cozy and warm room, comfy bed, extra amenities and more than everything the kind and helpful staff that was always eager to help us whenever we had questions and helped guiding us around the town.

We received an upgrate and early check in cause they had the chance to do that. You can order your breakfast through iPad and receive it for free at your room. They gave us an aromatic candle and 10% discount on our next stay when we check out. What else to request ?? :) Those small things makes hotels step up. Keep the good vibes going...

Incredible stay! The room was amazing from bed to bathroom and amenities also! I found the breakfast really nice and it is also delivered to your room at the hour you choose. Need a car for the center as its around 800m away you can walk if you like but car is recommended! I highly suggest it and I would stay again great experience!

We had a marvellous stay at Opal executive suites. The suite was modern, well-equipped and very clean. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff is superb!! We enjoyed the swimming pool
