하얏트 플레이스 미스틱(Hyatt Place Mystic)

We drove from Plymouth mass to Mystic to check in at the hotel, and we told him we got to the counter that the room that we had reserved and already paid for did not exist because they were in the middle of renovations. We asked why we were not notified before our arrival the person checking us in had no response. We canceled our reservation and she provided us with a handwritten note saying that we would be refunding our money, but also explained that she had never dealt with a cancellation due to fault on the part of the hotel before, so would need me to speak to managers on Monday

When we arrived, someone had used the bathroom and left a little surprise for us in the toilet. Used soap left in the shower. Maybe they forgot to clean the bathroom?!

The property was great what I didn't like it that I was charged 500.00 more than our friends for the same two night stay. Absolutely ridiculous when I found out how muchore I was charged.

Accommodations and service were great, but the noise and construction were unacceptable for us. Lots of kids running through the hallways and listening to banging and sanding machines above us was not very relaxing.

Room very spacious-although walk in shower not available on first night-we were given assess. Bathroom on our second night-Everyone was very pleasant-Good breakfast good location

They had a family reunion on the last night of our stay. The kids were very loud, yelling and running up and down the halls at midnight. Our room was on first floor near the lobby and I can not believe the staff did not have them quiet down. We were dealing with the noise from around 10 until well after midnight. Totally unacceptable and will not be going back to this property again. We have stayed here before with no issues. The staff totally Did not care how disruptive this party was.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Loved the Christmas decorations and continental breakfast. Spacious rooms. Walk to Olde Mystic Village. Had some construction going on in the upper floors that we heard during the day but at night it was quiet. We will continue to stay here on our annual visit to Mystic.

Last minute trip to watch the Mayflower enter Mystic for renovations. Hotel is very conveniently located. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is being renovated but didn’t impact our stay. Looking forward to a return visit!

large comfortable room, with king bed and a couch. Much better than average complimentary breakfast. Also has a full bar. Several restaurants within a 5 minute drive (or less - can even walk to them)
