Not too bad for a few nights stay

Terrible hotel. At check in we had a reception lady with a really bad attitude. It got worse from there on. The elevator was dirty. The hotel is very tired and grubby. It appear that no maintenance or up keep has been done for years. Once in our room , it was cool but the air con unit was as noisy as a jet engine which kept us awake. There was black mold on the curtains and some were hanging off. The patio door to the balcony had no lock. It has been removed. The plastic chairs on the patio were cracked on on the edge of breaking. The floor was dirty. A couple of lamps didn’t work. Access to the beach and pool was through the underground parking. It was a cracked concrete area. Some guests were playing very loud music. There was no shower upon coming off the beach which may be why the elevator and hallways were so dirty. Very limited toiletries and coffee supplies. Thin towels ( but at least they were clean). I overheard others people in reception requesting new towels. The restrooms in reception had no paper. This was definitely NOT worth the $300 we paid. Very disappointed and annoyed. The photos on booking sites are very misleading. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very attentive staff, who were nice enough to keep our bags behind the desk after check-out and did a good job monitoring who came in to keep everyone safe. All rooms have kitchenettes and balconies which is really nice for longer stays. kept our bags after check-out. Saw 2 palmetto bugs in a week, but that's a fact of life here, hard to avoid those even at the big resorts. Shower and sink were very nice, a classy touch for a cheaper place. They have two pools, a lazy river, and a jacuzzi, but the main pool filter was broken so it was dirty and the jacuzzi jets weren't working (but the water was hot). Location is great, walking distance from the boardwalk and has its own beach access point. Some people say the area south of the boardwalk is sketchy but this particular part was very quiet, felt safe, and like I said, staff was very attentive 24/7. The rooms themselves are of course a bit run down but nothing really out of the ordinary for places like these, just have to temper your expectations a bit or pay the higher price for the larger resorts. Overall very good for the price, would recommend.

Horrible, Don't trust their online photos!!!Location is nice, but that's all. Rooms are SMALL and filthy. Bed was broken- railing was sticking out, decor was falling apart, appliances rusting an barely working. And the chaise sofas were the worst! Stains all over them! Pictures worth a thousand words!! No comforters, only 2 thin sheets, only 2 flat pillows.. no towels or wash cloths in the room. No trash can, no chairs on "deck". And the pools were small and FILTHY!! Even kids didn't want to swim in them!! There were so many people in the front lobby complaining and everyone was saying the and thing.... the pictures online were LIES!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

This is the worst! Do not stay here! The pictures do not represent the reality! Booked 2 nights due to cancelled flight, via RCI. They should never recommend this hotel. Beds extremely uncomfortable, “pull out couch” only enough room for an infant, only one cup and one knife in “kitchen” only 2 towels. We left before 2nd night , no refund as it was prepaid, and stayed in much better accommodations down the street for about the same price. Would never recommend this place!!!!

cockroaches everywhere! hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and pot. no pillows, chair, or towel sets in first room and faucet in bathroom sink about to fall off. no porch furniture in second room; kitchen faucet was completely unattached and leaking from both the drain and water feed. bathroom fan sounded like a garbage disposal. floor had more dirt and grime than my garden.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PICTURES ARE MISLEADING. The hotel is disgusting. The lobby is decent, but once you get off the elevator and onto the floor their true colours are seen. The HALLWAYS are gross, dingy and poorly ventilated and whatever it is that's ventilating makes so much noise. Going down to the beach/pool area you have to go through the underground parking, with poor lighting and lack of directional signs (I felt super uncomfortable walking through it to get to the pool area). The POOL AREA itself was worn. Cement and paint were cracked and again there was poor lighting. Fixtures were broken and garbage and random guest items were just left. And overall the pools just look like they haven't been taken care of. The ROOM it is filthy, there are bed bugs. That alone is enough to not stay here, but on top of that there were cockroaches too! The staff is rude, it's understaffed, the furniture is rusty, bedsheets have mold, shower drain won't stay open to drain water, the shower shelf is barely hanging on. The beds were on metal frames which were bent out of shape and creaking. The balcony door was cracked. Honestly, what is there to not point out. Everywhere you look there is something wrong or incredibly dirty. Spend the extra money to have peace of mind and less anxiety and stay somewhere else.

My significant other and I had booked this room back in November, thinking we were getting a great deal for the price. But when we arrived at this "hotel", it all made sense. The rooms look nothing like the pictures so those can't even be trusted. We arrived 20 mins early, check in is at 4pm. Our room was surprisingly ready but we were told it would be an extra $35 to check in early. Okay. Whatever. We just wanted to check in, drop our bags and head to the beach. Instead, we were greeted by a woman who you could tell did not care whatsoever about her job. She was at the end of her shift and brushed us off, told us where to park and gave us the key card. We paid for an ocean front king suite. We got to our room and immediately realized what kind of hotel this was. The entire front lobby smells like Fabuloso 24/7, the back of the lobby reeks of mold and water damage. The elevators were never clean and definitely never smelled clean any time we got on them. Once you arrive to the room floors, the whole hallway stinks. It legit smelled like a room full of people that haven't bathed in a month. That being said, we get to our first room..it was absolutely disgusting. It also smelled dirty, had stains on the walls, doors, water was seeping up through the floor in the "living area", dirty and rusty stove and fridge, there was also something splattered on the walls. We returned to the front desk asking to be placed in a different room because there was no way we were staying in that one. We were given another room on the third floor, when we arrived it did smell better but not much cleaner than the previous room. We opened the fridge to put our beverages in and the fridge was warm. It wasn't even working. So we again made our way down to the front desk. At this point, the inital woman that checked us in had already left and we were greeted by the GM at the front desk. (Dion) was very polite and did try to help us situate the rooms but I knew he was just telling us what we wanted to hear. We are then given keys to a THIRD room. At this point we have already wasted the first hour of checking in and out of rooms and I'm annoyed but also do not want to spend more time searching for another hotel. We were just ready to relax at that point, both very tired from a 10 hour drive. We get to the third room, same as the others, not clean, no towels, stains on the sofa (literally every sofa in all 3 rooms we were in were stained). I was surprised we did not see any roaches but reading others reviews on this hotel, the roaches were definitely around. Lastly, we were told by Dion that he is going to work with Priceline to get us a partial refund since we were actually downgraded from the room we originally booked to a smaller room. I have yet to receive a refund, Priceline has reached out to this hotel and are not getting any response. Go figure. I made my reservation through a trusted third party because the price was right, the hotel (not a resort) was near a beach, they offered a lot of amenities and they were close to a lot of activities. Upon entering the hotel we were very disappointed. We were not greeted by the concierge, there was a foul smell and the carpet was dirty. As we entered the elevator there was trash on the floor and the carpet was dirty. Our floor had a foul smell, carpet in the hallway was dirty and the trash can was overloaded with trash. In our room; there was a sign posted-see concierge for cooking ware and utensils. Looked up at the ceiling; paint piling, furnitures were outdated, the bathroom towels were not soft. We went shopping for groceries in hopes of saving money from eating out. Returning with groceries we asked the front desk about the cooking ware and utensils. We were told they no longer provide cooking ware, but gave us two set of utensils (there were three of us). We ended up returning the foods we could not cook and purchased our own towels. I went to the fitness room. Just horrible!!! The equipment were very very old, trash on the floor, the air conditioner was unplugged, which made the room smelly and all the windows were dirty. The floor tiles were dirty and some was missing. I asked an employee if someone was going to clean the fitness room. He kind of smirk as if to say no. We would have left this hotel, but we paid our money in advanced to the third party. Beware, the hotel is misrepresenting themselves. The picutres are not like the actual hotel. Disgusting.
