The rooms were definitely not cleaned good. I dont mind a hotel being a little run down aa long as its clean. But this one was not cleaned good and dusted. And the hall carpet had stuff on floor all week never was vaccum. This could be a nice place with some updating and cleaning

Rooms were not like pictures. Molded wall bases...rude checkin staff...room smelt like bug spray...would have rather slept in my car

Pool was closed most of the week shaded pool was open but dirty , room was dirty with roaches , bed was comfortable

I loved the view of the ocean. So relaxing, quiet and peaceful stay. Room needs A little upgrade, however, the stay was great

The front desk staff was very nice. The pool maintenance was very rude if you were by the pool before it opened

Family enjoyed the two bedroom condo we stayed at was suitable for us. The palace is a little undated and needed. Some upgrades. Had issues with the room key had to change it three times just need some more maintenance around the building. Other than that the view was amazing from the balcony.

Dirty room with out dated furniture and decor. Nasty stove...smelly pillow on bed...hair in sink...terrible!!!!!! Pictures were taken it was unbelievable!!! Staff was rude. Not worth the $$$ spent. Only good thing was the location! We will not be back!!

Hotel is very under cleaned sand was on floor in the room where it was unswept or poorly swept. We arrived check in was fairly easy. Parking was 10$ a day I was scheduled for 2 nights so I paid $20 to park in the hotels parking lot I feel should be included in the lodging price considering its the hotel parking garage. You have an option of paying a one time fee of $40 or producing a 250 deposit they hold until the end of your stay. Nothing is in the room worth $250. The room is very outdated compared to the photos. I felt filthy inside the room.The room is a cute layout, the balcony is very small enough room for 2 chairs and 2 people to be cramped but great veiw. I booked this for a quick getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversay. As soon as we got to our room we started unloading and changing clothes in this process our door tries to open up I thankfully had the top loack locked that catches the door when they try to open. Scared us to death. I got my clothes on look down hall and nothing is around. I shut the door and immediately the phone rings 1 time I pick up no one is there. We stayed that night and explored the area around the hotel and let me tell you its not a safe place to be. Durning the day time seems to fine we thought. After the first night we went shopping returning to the hotel as we travel to 19th floor where our room was. As soon as my wife steps foot off the elevator a **** follows and scares us we get away get to room and check out early

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Palace Resort, 1st time was great second time we were not as impressed, our room and surrounding the room was dirty, the front of the refrigerator had food splattered all over it, tiles around the bathroom falling off, mold under the sink from a long time leak, still dirt on floor. Otherwise a good place to stay for the money .
