Cleanliness was ok the bathroom shower water was cold tried several times to adjust to get hot water but kept going back to cold so I have up n took cold showers

Disappointed the indoor pool was closed. Gift shop was not open during our stay either. Game room had very few games in it for kids to play. TV had lines thru it so was hard to enjoy watching TV. Didn't have any toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo conditioner soap)

We stayed at carolina dunes and Property is well kept and very clean, we met some friends there and decided to stay an extra day, switching rooms and it couldn't have been any smoother. Shannon at check in is amazing and should be praised for her customer service!

My microwave in my room was rusted out. I love it how maintenance brought me another one. My door was messed up very hard to close but he worked on it to make it a little better. Thanks My patio cushion was ripped.they kept saying we gonna check to see if we can find you one, that never happen. TV in front room didn’t work . I love the way the staff. assured me that things will be taken care of.They really was great in that , I saw two roach bugs. But it was an okay stay.

We ordered a king ocean view suite and when we arrived to check in they gave us our key and directed us to a building that was not ocean front. The room was old, dated and smelled so bad. It had 2 queens and a pull-out couch. Not anything like the pictures online. The balcony was so small you couldn't sit on it and it had a regular door not a slider. The view was far from ocean view!! We saw palm trees and little to no ocean. Will not rent from again.

Im very desapointed with this trip. I make a reservation for a ocean view king size bed in a beutiful area and room, When we arrive they send me to a building beging with a very small room, nothing like the pictures, the hotel charge me a $200 extra deposit, and parking, I call the front desk and they say. NOT OUR PROBLEM call expidia. So we have to stay there. Very very disappointed and a false advertasing.

Great stay friendly staff. I gave a 4 star because my car was hit and there are no cameras in the overflow garage other than at the ramp on the first floor from what I was told so no way to know who hit my car leaving me with the bill!!!! My insurance is high enough due to the type of car I have it’s not cheap!!! So I chose to pay for it out of pocket… get cameras what if someone is robbed or killed! Ok other than that it was a amazing experience. I do want to apologize if I got a attitude with the gentleman at the front desk my challenger is my baby and finding out there was no camera I wasn’t happy. There was one specific employee who was housekeeping he was from Jamaica I didn’t get his name extremely polite and kind. The lady who checked me in was also polite. The room was great and there’s plenty to do. Very nice view of the ocean. We extended our stay and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you. We will return with cameras installed in the car to supervise it .

I booked this hotel bacause the room was just wht i need. After booking i read reviews and quickly tried to cancel. They would let me cancell w/o refunding my money so i stay. I was ready for anything, i came well prepared, candles, extra sheets, bug spray etc. I did see 1 bug but im not petty. The beds where soft but very uncomfortable like they didnt have a bedbox under it. The pull out couch was so horrible i went and brought a air mattress for my 2yr old. Overall it was cool, just steps to ocean and awesome view..oh and the ice machine was not working, had to buy some. Overall i give it 7.5 out of 10...

Property needs to be updated , looks very used and old also your its says in description self parking free which is not true they charge you $10 per day parking…the entrance to the apt is through the room so its kind of uncomfortable to come In and out of the room instead Of a regular apt
