Super easy check in! Nice staff & very clean furniture could use some updating but overall very nice & exceptional for the price!

Loved everything from the welcoming staff to the adorable condo. Perfect location as well! I can’t wait to return!

We went to the beach on a spur of the moment…. The Grand Atlantic Resort was very nice!!! Customer service was great, the condo was very clean and the view from the 18th floor was awesome!!! First time staying there and sure we will go back again. The only thing I think needed done in this unit is the living room furniture needs to be updated to more comfortable….. the couch and chairs were not comfortable…. Otherwise, it was very well furnished with dishes and towels. Nice trip for the weekend

Wasn’t bad just needs some upgrades. The bed was nice. The air conditioning was falling off the wall. The back of the curtains had holes in them and needed replaced. The shower drained needed replaced. The back of the hair dryer look like it was rusted

Very nice property. Room was clean, comfortable with plenty of space. View of the ocean from the room was absolutely gorgeous.

Was down for one night for a college tour with my teenager and literally only slept there. We did not use the pool or walk down to the beach (instead went down to the boardwalk area) so I am only commenting on the room. I am not sure if there are rooms that are newer, but we were on the 2nd floor. Cleanliness was excellent. Room was definitely old. A/C was loud all night. Beds were not at all comfortable. Bathroom was updated it looked like in the past couple of years so that was fine. Large room.

Have always stayed at the Grand Atlantic. It has always been enjoyable. However, this week had to deal with extremely loud people. They were in the halls partying and they were extremely loud down by the pool. I don’t blame the hotel but it did affect our experience. I booked on ******* thinking everything was paid for only to be charged another $60 when I got there. If you book a partial view make sure you are on the higher floor. The first room we had you only saw a small angle of the ocean. Moved to the 19th floor and it was great!

The parking deck is to small, not enough parking for two cars if you drove separately. Other that that is was great.

Floors were dirty no coffee cups in room nor provided. Why provide coffee and a coffee pot if no cups. host stated gym opened and signs posted for 5am and I waited for almost 2 hours. Pools need cleaned and housekeepers need some training on at least understanding English.
