산 마르코 호텔(San Marco Hotel and Villas)

訂這家飯店是因為隔壁baba訂的房間空調是壞的 之前又沒電力 交通也不方便 就直接往上訂了隔壁的這家聖馬可。 酒店設計蠻出色 但服務不太貼心 特別在泳池附近不見了眼鏡 問了前台 泳池吧的員工 一聽到不見了東西 立刻就說什麼也不知道。 「拜託 我只是需要你們幫忙配合找一下 沒說誰是賊」 酒店的職員連問都沒問一句 或是說幫忙找找看 」 蠻失望的。 雖然酒店有shuttle 和泳池 好過隔壁baba 但服務質量需要提升一下 比較五星級飯店的服務理念需要為客人著想一下。

This looks like a new facility; beautifully decorated room, nice surroundings, very polite and attentive staff. That being said; could not watch TV since the remote was not functional, could not use the room safe since there was no instructions for set it up and it was in the lock position, no hot water in the shower, loose bathrooms sink and the worst EVER gluten free bread that I recall. Staff was friendly and attentive. The patios were relatively clean. Lobby, Pool, bar and restaurant are more than adécuate. Gym is closed.

Absolutely beautiful! We had the best first holiday with our baby and cannot wait to return again! Friendly staff, nice facility in front of the sea, close distance from downtown! The breakfast is great, with variety of options. The rooms are clean, offering every single day cleaning services, which was very important for our standards.

I have been here with 2 different groups of travelers over the course of a couple weeks. The resort grounds are beautiful and the rooms are stunning. The pool is a great place to relax and unwind after spending the day in Old Town (free shuttle from resort) or touring the surrounding areas. The shuttle driver (Dimitris), front reception, and other staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

After reading reviews, I was very nervous about staying at this hotel. Thankfully, that all went away as soon as we arrived. We were welcomed by the front desk staff, and greeted by the new operating manager. We were a group of 8 and all were placed in rooms in the newer Epic Blue area. Some sections of the area is still under construction but our room, balcony, and views were awesome. It is up a hill, and they will have a van/car take you and pick you up. We mostly walked down but got a ride up. The onsite restaurant doesn't open until 1200 so there is nothing to eat between breakfast and then. The included breakfast was very good. No complaints and plenty of options. The hotel is about 15 driving minutes from town and offers a nice shuttle but it does not run all day. There is a pretty big gap in the middle of the day so you have to pay 60 euro for private transfer whether 2 people or 8 people. Special recognition of Marianne qho works the front desk and helped me with an issue that was not related to or the fault of the hotel. I loved her perspective that "we didn't need to stay in rhe problem." I would also recognize Evi, Afroditi, the shuttle driver, the onsite bellman/driver - his name starts with a B but I didn't write it down. Of course, the dining room staff were all super helpful and kudos to Michele the operations manager. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the quality of lunch food, and inconvenient shuttle times. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel rooms were quaint roomy and ever so clean. What shines out though is the guest service representatives. Give them an issue and they reach out to assist and then some. They greet you daily with a smile and a hello. The Hotel had an excellent buffet breakfast and the transportation services into town or beaches were much appreciated.

San Marco is quaint hotel or little villas or cottages on Mykonos. They are great! So helpful, friendly, accommodating! I believe we were in room 303. It was clean and cleaned daily. We had plenty of room to stretch out, store our things and it felt like a mini home away from home. The grounds are beautiful. We needed help like 3 times to work the showers and they came right away. Room service was available and they too , came very quickly, they gave us a bucket of ice, lemons , limes. Their breakfasts were great and the fruit was very fresh and they always had my coffee ready, and by the 3rd day, she brought me a pot of coffee. Their bus service to town was great! They took care of our other transportation things and were very helpful with questions and information we needed. I love this place and want to go back for a much longer time period!

I have to acknowledge The staff and bar service OUTSTANDING-nice introduction to our trip from Athens to Mykonos lovely hotel especially the passion and love felt from our new friends at breakfast service with the lovely KOSTANDINA & bar services alongside the king Leonitis. To Demos thank youuu very much you and your front desk team especially the lovely KOSTANDINA -Dina such a sweet soul. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and helping coordinate a beautiful birthday surprise for my big sister’s room SHE LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT AND BERY SPECIAL SO THANK YOU ALL WE WILL BE BACK WHEN WE COAST THE MEDI SEA & Greek islands of Love 💙😃🍷🇬🇷🥹😊💕 forever Q xx & Truly your travel

The property was a bit out of town 10-15 minutes. However, they do provide a limited shuttle service at no cost. It’s an older property but was very clean. The hotel is built built up the hillside so they shuttle you up and down when requested. The driver for this service is wonderful! The view of the ocean is nice. The food was very good.
