펄 콘티넨털 호텔 무자파라바드(Pearl Continental Hotel, Muzaffarabad)

This hotel, in the winter is a thing of beauty! It’s got snow all around it wherever you look and the views are just absolutely beautiful! Stayed 2 nights in a family suite that had ample room to relax like we were at home. The food was great, the service was top notch and once again, the views are just, stunning. Celebrated my 21st Birthday at this absolutely beautiful hotel on December 24th of 2017 and it’s something that I would never forget.

We have been co.ing to this hotel since 2018, the hospitality is lovely and the reason we come here, the staff has smiles on faces and they go beyond to serve guests snd that's the reason we like to come here in comparison to other hotels BUT THIS HOTEL LACKS SWIMMING POOL. we had been writing in comments but nothing has happened, for a hefty amount we should get pool facility our kids like to swim and in all big hotels the facility us there so it's high time that Tey start a pool. Otherwise the hotel is great all because if hospitality, we would like to appreciate ARSHAD manger for his services at Marcopolo We need pool.

Rip Off Wifi doesnt work in room No kettle in room despite hefty room rate. The management is billing for the hotel in US Dollars. They have more than doubled their prices and halved their services. Feels like the new management are working undercover for a rival hotel chain and trying to destroy this brand. There are so many international brands offering much better quality services at much better prices. I am sad to see the end of this great classic chain which i have visted since my student days. But my recent experience at Rawalpindi and Muzaffarabad confirm poor management at PC.

Beautiful picturesque location and great view from early morning till night 😇❤️🏔️ 🌲 ☁️. Well! Walking through clouds in the morning just in your backyard, 🤩 what els you expect with your loved ones 🙈. So little things made this trip unforgettable 💭👓 😍. If you’re visiting first time to PC Muzaffarabad so trust me you won’t expect this… simply wow factor from location of the PC Muzaffarabad to architecture and every bit of it 👍❤️. I’ve been planing and thinking from last few years to pay visit to beautiful mountain in KPK or Kashmir. So we did book PC as friend recommendation. Because we wanted to spend few-days in peaceful beautiful location. And we did it RIGHT 💯% . Great job PC even though we’ve booked standard room and it was spacious and nice interior.”booking through PC-APP will save your money”. Buffet was include and u can’t get better than this in breakfast. All the verity of food & drinks they offer with great service. Waiters were always there for you 🤜👍. Quality of the food, service, hotel front desk staff, all up to the mark 👍. Although maintaining this kind of location with all the luxury that’s not the easy job. Although there is always room for improvement 🙏.We tried few places in the city and were disappointed due to low standard and exp food so we stick with PC. 🍤 We would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone who like to pay visit. 😇🤜👍🔜

On 21st october we went MarcoPolo restaurant at that hi tea was going on. The manager came and said that its hi tea time but if you order from menu but it will take time. I didn't had any time issue so i said ok. Once we came to take our order as soon as i said chicken karahi he was like no we will only serve fast food we will not serve pakistani dishes. Once we gor up to go away he was like please sit we will serve whatever you order. What kind of behaviour is that. If there was issue he should have told us right when we entered the restaurant. I am never going back to that pathetic place.

Everything was great. Food rooms ambience. Service was very good. The only problem in all PC hotels is of Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi does not connect initially. At 12 midnight it goes off. And then again would not reconnect by itself. Sometimes there is no signal for upto 1 hour.

I want to know can four adults member of a single family can book any single room in your hotel ( stay of four adults family in single room) As bookings two rooms for four person is not feasible for some families, kindly answer Regards

Its was our family visit from 4 may till 7 may 2022 Overall experience was very bad Initial check-In was very slow Food is very bad / no spice no salt We tried buffet and Ala cart both were Below average they need to change their chief Breakfast buffet has same menue for 3 days Very slow refills took like 20-25 minutes Lack of staff / management Very bad room service / asked for something it took like forever to arrive Need to remind the management multiple times to bring something Room has no tissue paper box / no bathrobes No electric kettle in the Exécutive or dulux rooms Both rooms type have same sizes Ac temperature controller wont work Need to ask for iron multiple times everyday - Old beds with bad Mattress it was not comfortable stay there Rooms cleanliness was not upto the mark dirty and sticky floor Pc standard in Muzafrabad is very low -
