Excellent location of the property. The staff is extremely friendly specially Mijan Rawat, Kajal and the entire team. We came for a special occasion and they made it even more special. The restaurant staff, happy club staff Anita, team at reception, pickup drop guys everyone made our visit so memorable.

Sevice staff member very helpful Wonderful stay with ease and comfort . Staff was courteous , friendly and helpful . Everyone was so helpful . I will specially thanks to Ms. Kajal Pawar who helped in getting food for my baby each and every time . They have a prompt service for each and everything . You just say it and you will get it . Great property, love the view! Great room service, very fast. Amazing housekeeping. Loved the dinner buffet! Close to Mall Road, they give you a car that takes you to Mall Road till 10:30 pm, which is great and convenient. Some of the rooms are a little high in floors but it’s worth the view!✨ Although maybe, some improvements can be done on the breakfast buffet. Otherwise just great.

Everything was excellent... entire staff was very supportive and too helpful.. special kudos to yummy and amazing food. We stayed for 3 night and highly satisfied.. entire property is nicely ***aged. Although each and every staff was superb but still special thanks to Shekhar for his excellent service. Stayed with 4 year old daughter so its also kids friendly.

My stay in Mussoorie was excellent. I stayed for 6 days there. Hospitality was excellent by all staff including a lady named Kajal in F&B section. She was very humble, polite and sincere. In food section, local Gadhwali lunch was very yummy. Rooms were well maintained especially Mr. Akash from Service section.
