호텔 방도 크고 서비스도 좋습니다. 방을 늦게 연장했는데 같은 타입의 방이 없어서 다운그레이드해서 숙박을 연장해야 합니다. 호텔에서는 원래 객실에서 무료로 숙박을 연장해 드립니다. 이번에는 신체적인 이유로 아침식사를 선택하지 않았습니다. 예전에는 아침식사가 풍성했습니다. 매우 추천합니다.

시내 중심가에 있는 아주 평범한 중동 스타일의 호텔로 특별할 것은 없습니다. 오만에서는 매우 전통적인 호텔입니다. 근처에 꽤 큰 쇼핑몰이 2개 있습니다. 그랜드 무스카트 몰에 가셔도 되지만 특별한 것은 없습니다. 방에 있는 목욕물이 뜨겁고 차가워서 조절하기가 정말 어렵습니다

The service is good. But if you have traveled by your car, you will have to carry your own luggage by stairs from car parking basement for 1 floor. Limited Indian food variety but thank to other Indian restaurants around since the hotel is located at a prime location. 10 on 10 to all the staff.

That was a perfect place to stay. Thanks for the very kind staff including Ridha and Nasser. I extended my stay here two more weeks and Mr Nasser offered me a great package price. Everything here was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing. A big mall could be reached through the underground hotel. I am lucky to have selected this hotel for my first visit to the wonderful Oman 🇴🇲. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Very nice breakfast experience with good service staff specially Ismail . I am loving it . I often choose that hotel . I like to swim and City Season has very nice pool with a wonderful view. Thank you the entire team for there outstanding service.

Excellent & friendly staff especially Mr. Sita Ram, Mr. Ismail, Mr. Israil Ahmed, Mr. Monish, Mr. Nawaz, Mr. Fayyaz and Mr. Prem. Breakfast & dinner is also nice. Room cleanliness is done regularly and Laundry facilities are also very professional. Overall I am very pleased.

It's a huge hotel. Sound proof is not not in the rooms as I could hear children playing downstairs even though we were staying on the 5th floor. Breakfast was very good. Huge selection of indian and Arabic food. The tube in the bathroom was difficult to climb as there was no place to hold.
