I found this property from *********** and booked it as a non refundable option for one day. The visa card passed ok (as with the other bookings I did on other hotels on the same day) and i got a reference number and a confirmation. After a while i got a request for the visa to be changed as it wasn't passing through. I contacted the hotel from the *********** chat but they never replied. Then I gave them again the card and the same problem happened and they said that the booking was canceled because the card didn't pass again. I never had a notification from visa and I did have a notification that *********** had verified my visa and all was good. So the booking was canceled by the hotel. Why they did it? It is obvious. At that day i wanted the booking, 31st December till 1st of January, all hotels around Zakopane are fully booked. This availability was automatilcaly appeared this morning on *********** probably from a cancelation of another client. The hotel wanted to bind this day to 4 more adjacent days in order to sell it at a maximum price, much more that what i paid for the most busy night. As I found out from their site, I paid 139 euro, but they wanted 650 for 4 days including the 31st. So in order to have 4 days they had to cancel mine. At the end they replied from *********** with this. Judge it for yourself why they did it.
