Nice, clean hotel. Bar downstairs with a happy hour from 3-5pm. And you can take drinks to your room. Bartender was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated, spacious king room. I would stay here again.

Well, there was a record of my stay, there was no records that way I could have free parking, which was what promised when I make the reservation. I ended up having to pay parking on top of what I had already paid, even the parking was included in the rate. Disappointing.

The property was nice, kind of upscale. didn't like the underground parking and that they charge extra $10 for the parking should be included in the price.

Room was big, spacious, clean, in good condition. No scuff marks on the walls of doorframes. Same for the bathroom. My only complaint was they charge $10 a day for parking. Like parking is such a premium here in Temecula 👎

There was a dried blood stain on the exterior of our comforter. Not the best thing to see on your blankets. There was one blanket in the bed that was barely long enough to cover us completely. The pillows were barely pillows. So thin. I think I expected more from the Hilton name, considering you have to pay for EVERYTHING. Family member stayed down the road at the Holiday Inn for significantly less and was better.

The beds are rock hard. And, the bathroom lights are on a sensor switch, so when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night they turn on automatically, which is really annoying.

We have stayed at the property several times and have enjoyed the stay. Now you have to pay, to a third party, to self park to in the garage. Unfortunately, the TESLA charger upstairs was not working so unable to charge battery overnight.

The facility was beautiful and our room was absolutely massive. A great place for our family. My problem however was the lack of service and cleanliness. The front desk was generally unhelpful, and they only told us about the expensive breakfast and that the parking garage cost extra AFTER I asked, and they seemed annoyed that I asked any extra questions….as if I should have just KNOWN.
My other issue was with the housekeeping services. Our room was not stocked with any hand towels or hand soap, so we had to make do with other types of towels and soaps from the shower. The pillows for the pullout couch didn’t have pillowcases on them, and the pullout couch bed clearly had not had the sheets changed. They were crumpled and had hair and crumbs on them.
There were also lots of wrappers left around and under the couch.
I really wanted to love this place because of what great rooms were provided, but all the nickel and diming for things like parking and breakfast, paired with the annoyed front desk and the bad housekeeping makes me less than satisfied with our experience
