The hotel requires a damage deposit (which should have been our first red flag). When we walked in the room, I felt compelled to take photos of the damage to the room before we unpacked for extra assurance (toilet was stuck and running, broken garbage can, broken thermostat, holes in the walls, chips to the tile).
The front desk staff didn’t tell us that maid service was every other day. Although, we requested a light clean and towel replacement and they ignored our request.
The location is basic- nothing to see or do around the hotel.
The room size is great and I loved the kitchenette concept for our extended stay, however it didn’t meet my expectations.
