고쿨람 파크 무나르(Gokulam Park Munnar)

on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is ***datory to pay and attend to get the room, late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all. after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier. never again to Gokulam hotels.

Too good. Amazing team and great hospitality a definite stay place. Gokulam park. Loved the views and the rooms. It's just lively. however did not have any disturbance and everything was smooth and simple. Food was good staff and hospitality was amazing. Specially ms lovely from Front office

Great service and very brilliant experience they are very r y friendly polite us I really enjoyed gokulam park stay especially returarant service and the staff are very helpful they make our day thank you so much gokulam for give us a wonderful experience to us I definitely com back to gokulam park munnar....I share some staff name here mamitha,anagha, th both girl are very excellent smile and behaviour..they help us to service and food is very awesome thank to chef aji and all kitchen staff so happy

Staff is really good and helpful. Ambience is good. Location is perfect. Loved staying here in Gokuldam Park.Sply Ms.Lovely,Vintu,Sajina&Sharmila……. The team would make it a point to visit all of us once a day to inquire about our well being…..All in all it’s a highly recommended….Thank you so much team Gokuldam…………..

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Kudos to the staff for such a warm hospitality. Thanks to Lovely, Jyothi, Sarvanan and Akhil for arranging a wonderful candle light dinner for us on the occasion of out anniversary. Amazing mountain view and food is also good. Highly recommended

One of the well placed hotels in Munnar. We had a great experience staying for 2 nights with kids. The ambience and food was really good and they have a really decent breakfast that will not disappoint. The staff were really helpful and accommodating as well. View from the hotel room is also really majestic that allows you to experience the beauty of Munnar.

Gokulam hotel, has given us a good experience in two days here. Reception staffs are very attentive and friendly and helpful in-every way. But it would be nice if the restaurant staffs were could be more attentive. Chef we met in restaurant was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would love to visit the hotel again in future.

Highly recommended hotel, Good staff and having a nice behaviour, food quality is also good. Infrastructure is excellent and view from the hotel is nice, Special arrangements is also available for special occasions.

We went to gukulam park in munnar and liked the services offered. We were provided beautifully decorated rooms and the view of mountains from the hotel room is amazing. The staff is also very polite and humble. And we were provided candle light dinner which was like cherry on the cake. Lovely one of the staff members made sure that we are being served good candle light dinner. Food served is also delicious. Highly recommended to stay here in munnar.
