Some of the superior room does not have Mountain View! A good place but too many people

Большой уютный тихий номер, удобная кровать, хорошие подушки. Еда просто потрясающая, выбор блюд и на завтрак и на ужин - за 4 дня все не попробала. Очень вкусное мясо, много фруктов, на завтраке очень вкусный кофе из кофемашины. Весь персонал - такие трудолюбивые муравьишки, , доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. Удобная комната хранения лыж, выход сразу на гору, съезжаешь вправо на бугель, поднимаешься, и спускаешься по трассе 2 к кресельным подъемникам. Возвращаться к отелю по этой же трассе, на нее легко попасть с 7 и 4 трасс. Спа зона замечательная, парные, бассейны, душевые, соляная комната. После дня катания очень востребовано. Да, отель не дешевый, тем более на одного, но он того стоит! Если будет такая возможностт, обязательно вернусь!

酒店地理位置優越，出門就是滑雪場售票處，在房間就能看到美麗的雪景，暖氣很足，客房工作人員打掃衞生不能補充齊全茶包和水，需要自己主動詢問，酒店的户外泳池很有特色可惜壞了，住了兩晚都處於關閉狀態，停車場每天1000第納爾，餐食還不錯，如果晚餐提供軟飲就更好了

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность руководству отеля и , особенно, менеджеру Александру, говорящему на русском языке, за оказанную помощь! Во время пребывания в отеле я заболела, Александр оперативно организовал мне медицинскую помощь (визит врача) и договорился о продлении нам номера ещё на сутки, сверх нашего бронирования, так как, я не в состоянии была отправиться в дорогу. Прекрасный отель с концепцией питания HB. Расположен прямо на трассе, из ски рум прямо на лыжи, ski in ski out-это супер удобно! В отеле достойный СПА с открытым подогреваемым бассейном. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Не знаю, что они делают с говядиной, но она просто тает во рту!

Atmosphere was very frendly. Parking and floors were complikated a little beat. Food iz excellent, diner and breakfast… La pista restoran is not that delicios.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel ended before it even began. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a dirty garage and a malfunctioning car lift. No one instructed us where to leave our luggage during check-in, so we unnecessarily had to carry our belongings back and forth multiple times. During check-in, a younger receptionist explicitly told me that my two road bikes - Tarmac Sl8 sworks & Canyon Aeroad could be stored in the room. A few minutes later, when I returned with my luggage and bikes, another receptionist said that this was not allowed after all, allegedly due to a management decision. When I asked whether the hotel had a secure storage area for bicycles with video surveillance or any space for which the hotel would take full responsibility, the answer was that no such facility exists. For high-value bicycles, this is completely unacceptable. I do not expect every hotel to allow bikes in rooms, but I do expect staff to provide accurate and consistent information, and for a five-star hotel to have a professional solution for guests arriving with expensive sports equipment. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. If you are a serious cyclist, triathlete, or traveling with expensive sports equipment, I strongly advise you to carefully check the accommodation conditions before booking. In my case, the hotel was unable to provide either consistent information or a secure storage solution, which forced me to leave immediately upon arrival. For a five-star property, I expected a significantly higher level of professionalism, organization, and guest service. This experience was a major disappointment, and as a result, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to guests traveling with valuable sports equipment.

The location is great, the hotel is right next to the main ski slopes. The room that we got was spacious and comfortable. Spa was great after a ful day of skiing. Food was also very tasty. Price is very high in the peak winter season, which is to be expected.

What a horrible hotel ! Extremely disappointing experience! This is not 4 stars! Don’t spend your money! You even don’t have smart tv! And the price is too high for this not even clean room ! I was last year in another hotel in Kopaonik and it was perfect! What a mistake with Gorski!

We were not hotel guests, we have just scheduled spa. Very clean, not too big with perfect mixture of saunas and inside/outside pool. One of the best relax rooms we have ever visited 🧘🏼‍♀️ I lost my ☎️ and all the staff was so helpful and friendly! Bravo!!! 🙂

The hotel has a fantastic location and is beautifully designed. The staff was polite, but they didn't make much effort to enhance our stay. A special mention to the F&B manager, a true professional. The water in the indoor pool was very cold, so we didn’t spend much time in the spa area. The massages were excellent, and the food was great as well. We had a relaxing time and would definitely return!

The people that work there were very friendly and kind but from the other side we paid a lot for a pool with not so hot water,at the outside pool that we wanted the most we couldn’t enjoy it at all, even the hydromassage was running cold water from down at the feet, we left before the 2 hours that we’ve paid.
