뮌헨 4성급 호텔

훌륭한 고객 서비스, 매우 편안한 객실 훌륭한 위치. 나는 5 박 동안 거기에 머물렀다. 지하철은 도보로 5 분 거리에 있으며 주요 중앙역 (Hautbanhauf)은 도보로 2 분 거리에 있습니다. 그러나 도심은 도보로 20 분 거리에 있습니다. 문제없이 여기저기 걸을 수 있었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 옥토버페스트 위치도 걸어서 5분 거리에 있다는 점!!

아늑한 위치와 아침 식사. 깨끗한 객실. 넓은 주차장, 하루 25유로. 방에 식기 세척기와 네스카페 기계. 리셉션에서 맥주, 물 또는 약간의 간식을 구입할 수 있습니다. 로비에 있는 큰 테이블/작업장, 일하거나 거리를 바라볼 수 있습니다.

교통이 편리하고 뮌헨역 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 호텔은 생수와 수하물 보관소를 제공합니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 뮌헨역까지 약 50유로를 지불하고 생수+수하물 보관소+깨끗하고 편안하며 추가로 50유로를 지불합니다.

If you are looking for a place with a similar price range and location, I highly recommend Aloft over Mercure. Location: close to Munich central station, but you can hear people screaming and yelling at night. Be careful walking on the street late. Staff: front desk staffs are not very welcoming but the attitude was acceptable. Other staffs are friendly. The two hotlines of the 24-hour manager and front desk never worked during my stay; no one answered on either line. Room: you can feel it's old. Although the room is in great condition, you can still feel its ”oldness.” The shower room has only half door, which is a weird design because you can splash water everywhere after showering and make a mess. The air conditioner and heater did not work. I tried to call the staff to help, but no one answered. And due to the malfunction of the air conditioner, the air was not circulated and felt very stuffy. The old room smell was getting stronger since there was no air conditioning.

The check-in process was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location - The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main station in Munich. The area is not the best and I would probably not recommend a late-night walk but the convenience makes up for it. All the tram and bus lines are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a supermarket next door and loads of food options around. Rooms - The rooms were large with twin beds, a tv, a minibar, a kettle, a large desk and a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked really well. You can use the mobile phone to open the room door.. although it didn’t work on the elevator. Might be easier to just use the key card. There are plug points near the bed. Wi-Fi was super fast. The view wasn’t great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t large but had a tub. The water was hot and the water pressure was great. The only area of concern was when I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door before heading out for the day (as I didn’t want my room cleaned), when I got back I found that my room had, in fact, been cleaned - this was a huge issue for me as there were many valuable items left around (and no one should have entered the room either way).

We had the worst experience at your hotel and it's only our first night here. 1). Your website very clearly states that you have AC in your rooms and we got the confront suite for that reason. When we got to our room there was a sticker that says out of service for the AC. When I told your extremely rude front desk rep named Hagji that the AC is broken, he said that the AC hadn't worked for 2 years and that the website just says that for marketing, which is fraudulent and illegal. 2) Then when we get into the room and remove the sticker, it turns out the AC works to the slightest degree and your staff just lied and says this is company policy and was laughing 3) When I asked him what was so funny he then called us stupid. I then asked again to deal with another staff member but he lied and again and said he was the only staff member working and that there are no maangers available until May 22nd. 4) The bathroom door was also broken and won't close and he said that all of the sudden he can give us a new room as if one magically opened up. 5) The new room had the same sticker on the AC saying it doesn't work, but turns out it does to a small degree. Another sneaky lie by your hotel! 6) Lastly, when asked if we could be compensate for some water for the night until we speak to you, I was told it was 50 euros per water bottle.
