très bonne surprise. Logement très fonctionnel, propre, salle de bains et cuisine très bien équipée. Une bonne insonorisation du logement. Même si excentré, le calme est au rendez vous. Une petite attention a même été faite car nos enfants nous accompagnait, merci

Ottimo soggiorno come sempre! È la seconda volta che scegliamo questa catena per il soggiorno del nostro viaggio, l’altra volta in un’altra città. La camera è non enorme ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Mancavano se uno vuole fare la punta ai chiodi, le capsule per la lavastoviglie (nell’altro soggiorno le avevamo come kit di benvenuto), e la luce sullo specchio in bagno sfarfallava. Non abbiamo capito se a una cerca ora la caldaia si spenga quindi l’acqua sia fredda o se abbiamo beccato noi un momento per la doccia in cui si stava riscaldando altra acqua… Consiglio comunque ai viaggiatori di fare la doccia presto, per evitare problemi! Per il resto è tutto ottimo, anche la struttura ha parcheggi sia esterni sia all’esterno senza bisogno di pagare, anche se su Booking c’era scritto che potessero essere a pagamento. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il primo codice della stanza, ma chiamando l’assistenza in due minuti abbiamo risolto, e l’assistente al telefono è stato non solo utilissimo, ma anche attentissimo a farci riprovare più volte il funzionamento effettivo del codice nuovo!

This is the most horrible experience ever. They don't have neither reception nor permanent support. The 1st time their employee messed up with my box card number and I couldn't enter the building within 1 hour. 2 days later my card stopped working, I couldn't contact anybody within 1 hour, then I was waiting for rescue to open the door for 2 hours. The next morning nobody was there to give me a new card, the employees just escorted me back to my room and I was said to wait until somebidy, probably, willcome and give me a new card. Everybody are incredibly rude and unhelpful. So if you want to sleep in a hotel you paid for and not spend time outside, stay away from this establishment. In case of emergency you will never get any help.

Venus dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive. Hôtel moderne, très propre, bien équipé (Excepté le matériel de cuisine...Pas de casserole), assez bien insonorisé.Le tout très fonctionnel. Un peu cher cependant pour un établissement excentré

Overall, the facility of Limehome is good, and it looks like newly renovated. However, we (2 guests) faced two problems with the bathroom. Firstly, the water drain in the bathroom had a problem. It sometimes caused an unclean smell in that room and became an uncomfortable experience during the shower (the smell became stronger). Secondly, on 25.02, at about 22:00, there was suddenly no more hot water in the bathroom during my shower. I had to wait 15 minutes there until the hot water came back. It would be better to change the room, but it was already my last day there. Of course, we did not expect those things from the price we paid.

The hotel was cleanly, well organized and a great place to stay. The kitchen in our room was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. It even had oil, salt and pepper. The only downside was some of the other residents in the building were loud some nights. Overall a great stay.

Bin leider nicht zufrieden. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Keine Rezeption. Auf Anfragen bekommt man keine befriedigende Antwort. Kann ich nicht empfehlen! Im Verhältnis zum Preis ist der Service schlecht. Ich bewerte hier nur den Service, nicht das Zimmer!

Our dishwasher was broken, and there was an awfull smell. We tried to contact the facility by phone, by email and on the device in the facility, but to no avail.

The room itself was wonderful. The biggest drawback is that hotel was so far away from everything. We spent more on taxis than any other site in Europe that we stayed at.
