Plaza Premium München

We already booked in plaza premium hotel from 18th till 23th oct two room one stander room and other is studio it was extremely disappointed from first day sratring from both rooms had no air conditioner and very warm with no control in ac conditioner when complaining no one solve this solution and now we are facing lack of hygiene standards. We are noticed that the room was not properly cleaned !!!! The worst part was discovering bed bugs in the mattress. It was both shocking and disturbing. I immediately contacted the front desk, (hower there is no phone to contact reception) the staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue and refused to change room casue hotel is full booked however this is not true . I had high hopes for this hotel, but the lack of cleanliness and pest control made my stay uncomfortable and stressful. I cannot recommend this hotel until they significantly improve their hygiene practices and refund my money

Really comfortable parking in a spacious hall under the hotel. Stylish and clean, big enough room. Splendid breakfast with healthy shots, detox water, omelett chef etc. Well located considering airport and access to downtown and Oktoberfest by Ubahn.

UNSAFE HOTEL!!! Drugged out guy sleeping outside doorway when we checked in. NO ELEVATOR SECURITY. Anyone can wander in and lurk in the hallways Worst of all THE FRONT DESK GAVE SOMEONE MY ROOM KEY AND I GOT WALKED IN ON AT 4 AM. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk so just stayed up the rest of the night. The Manager refused to come out and talk to us the next morning. TV didn’t work and coffee machine broken bu those are minor complaints compared to the safety issues. It’s a $40 cab ride into old town Munich because it is not safe to walk 10 min to S Bahn with druggies around. Avoid this place!!

Pros: comfy bed/pillows. Good TV. We appreciated the empty fridge for storing leftovers/drinks, the microwave, and dishes/cutlery provided. The hotel and our room seemed clean, and the location was convenient to transit and the Englischer Garten. Cons: The 2-story high window in our room was a cool novelty, but along with the view of the unkempt courtyard, we could see and be seen via several other windows across the courtyard, so we opted to keep the shade closed for the sake of privacy. This made it dark and gloomy in the room at all times. We had enjoyed several hotels/B&B's without AC earlier in our travels, but we decided to splurge a bit to have AC on the final leg of our trip. Unfortunately, the "nicer room" was two stories high with a loft bedroom, and the AC unit was installed under the loft. In spite of working the AC unit all day and all night, the cooler air did not reach the upper level where we slept. By the 3rd night, it was not noticeably cooler upstairs than it had been the first night. I asked at the front desk if they could at least provide a fan and was flatly told "we don't provide fans." And of course, there was no way to open the giant 2-story window to get a breeze. Between the non-existent customer service and the waste of money, this was my least favorite of the 6 places we stayed, 4 of which had no AC at all. The breakfast buffet costs an extra 20 Euros a person, so we opted to go elsewhere. There is a revolving door at the front entrance which is not automatic. Next to the revolving door, there is a regular door with a button for automatic access, but it was locked or not working both times we tried it. So we did not find the hotel entrance to be friendly to those with accessibility needs.

Great hotel for the money. We booked 2 rooms for our family and we received the connected rooms, at request, which were perfect for our needs. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small if i want to be overly critical and the hotel is a little out of the city but to be fair we knew this prior to booking. Parking was good with no height issues for my large SUV.

Bei Terminen in München haben wir das Plaza gebucht, 98 € das Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück. Wenn man viel auf Geschäftsreise ist sehen irgendwann alle Hotels gleich aus. Aber immerhin, das Plaza bietet ein sauberes Business Zimmer mit einem recht schönen geräumigen Bad und begehbarer Dusche. Ggü. ist ein McDonald’s wo man auch zu später Stunde noch etwas bekommt. Ein bisschen stört der Straßenlärm, so dass man eigentlich nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Besonders erwähnen muss ich aber das Frühstück. An einem Tresen an der Frontseite des ohnehin reichhaltigen Frühstücksbüffet, bereitet eine junge Dame hervorragende Omeletts oder Spiegeleier, die jedem noch so verkaterten Businessman ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert.
