Very rude staff at reception, don't know how to talk with guest properly. They don't want to listen just need to follow Whatever they are saying, even if they want 2 hours for cleaning the room you need to wait for it because there is no ***agement here

Hotel is excellent for a boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Bathrooms are small but the facilities like shower, hot water, and it's amenities are top notch. I will also recommend the inhouse restaurant which serves very fine food ***** with its personalised approach and how they interact.

Good hotel, simple and no nonsense, apart from the oldie vibes, especially the ancient ***ual door lift, which really takes one back. Tastefully decorated with quirky fitting and posters, and staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located very close to T1 Mumbai Airport. Highly recommend staying here for a quick visit, with bang for your buck.

Had email confirmation that they would allow early check in (assuming they had availability). I showed up at 6am, as my flight landed at 2, fully expecting to have to wait a few hours. Instead they told me they had rooms available, but if I wanted to check in before noon, it would cost INR5000 + tax. For reference, that's a 150% markup from the full per-night cost.
I slept in the lobby for 6 hours then checked in. Upon check out, the lobby was full of people with the same story.
Seems they're running a bit of a racket, hoping you're tired enough from your international flight that you'll just fork up the cash for some AC and a bed.
Other than that, the restaurant is exceptional, and the ***ager Joseph makes an effort to speak with all the guests. An overall great experience, other than the first 6 hours.

It was a first trip to T24 Retro since it changed from earlier Transit which was so so. So the best about this hotel is it's Retro identity it has maintained/reoffered. Be it room self, telephoto electrical switches or bath fittings. Idea also of Bollywood them is extra ordinary as posters at state case and wall hanging from posters. Hangers, wash basin , mirrors all are different and extraordinary. Room amenities are minimum a table old typa chair and partition. Visited restaurant also for brekfast , the same things but spread is inadequate. Room too is comparatively small.Neveethelees a new and refreshing experience.

Great value for price.
1. Rooms were much better than expected and the cleanliness was great.
2.The bathrooms were the best part of the rooms.
3. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive, however, has good food with great service.
4. The only big problem with this hotel is that it is overshadowed by the bigger hotels around it. Hence, most of the local drivers are not able to find it. Even Uber driver's struggle because the hotel has wrong google maps location.
