방은 매우 새롭고 아름답지만, 방에 화장지가 제공되지 않거나 방에 전기가 들어오지 않는 등의 상황이 있습니다.

비행기가 새벽 3시에 도착했기 때문에 몇 시간만 자려고 뭄바이 공항 근처의 호텔을 찾아야 했습니다. 그래서 많은 비용을 지불하고 싶지 않았지만 여성 혼자 여행하는 사람으로서 안전한 공항 교통편을 갖춘 안전한 장소가 필요했습니다. 이것이 바로 이 호텔을 예약하기로 결정한 이유입니다. 거의 새벽 4시쯤 운전기사님이 나를 데리러 공항에 왔고, 별 어려움 없이 호텔에 도착했다. 그러다 체크인을 하고 방을 보고 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 혼자 여행하기에는 너무 크고, 풍선으로 장식되어 있어서 마치 생일파티를 한 것 같은 느낌이었어요! 객실에는 온수 샤워, 맛있는 아침 식사 등 단기 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고, 이번 초단기 숙박에는 너무 좋았습니다.

최고의 서비스에 머물기 좋은 호텔!! 청결도가 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 음식이 다양했고 룸서비스가 가장 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들이 매우 친절했고 어떤 문제에도 잘 응해주었습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 종합적으로 경험해보세요!!

I was planing to book this hotel I call on the number which was given on their official website +91 98202 86719 Mr. Sunil has answer my call he informed me that he takes care for booking when i was asking him questions about room he just disconnected my call and i called him again and i ask him why did he disconnect my call so he reply that he was busy doing his family work he is at home he as his personal time, and it was really very rude I request him for his ***ager on duty contact number or front office ***ager contact number he just disconnect my call and not answering my call, this was really a bad experience I suggest you all please don’t book this place if the sales person of this hotel before booking the room is so rude how the staff at this hotel would be really this is not expected. This kind of hospitality was really not expected from hotel very rude very cheap

The pictures are nothing like the hotel hall and rooms. It is getting old, there is no pressure in the bathroom, there were insects in my room. This is very far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was 20 years ago.

They need to mind non- indian guests. Cook foods less spicy for international visitors.

Had a very comfortable stay. Linen and cleanliness were upto the mark. Food quality was superb. Cleanliness and ambience super duper. Real value for money. Decorated rooms to celebrate events is superb and at a very economic price

Me and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.
