Hotel staff at reception very rude and not friendly. Very hard to get taxi very conn area not recommended

Hotel stay is not good and especially room is not good and ambience also. Overall hotel stay is average.

Bathroom / washroom is not good its old style and rate is too high as per property need to be maintained

Very small space for this price. There are two buildings. Based on people they place the customers. Breakfast option is very limited. It starts by 9 am. If you want food before that there is no option.

Really good and tasty food at the restaurant, enjoyed the service, he went extra miles in giving us some stuff to carry. Tried biryani, tandoori and vegetables- looks popular among locals and busy, very wide variety of menu. Oh tried local falooda and enjoyed!

Absolutely pathetic. As i entered and went to the reception, there was a fair lady slightly plumpy - she did not even bothered to welcome and she was busy in entering something. Without seeing us, she asked "do you have a booking " i gave her the print out of the booking confirmation, for which again she rudely said "no need for this - tell me your name. Though she had all booking details in her system, she asked me again for how many nights ? check-in was the work experience i have faced in the last 30 years - absolutely terrible. She did not inform about complimentary breakfast and did not inform about wi-fi password. She needs to be terminated immediately. Rooms are not so clean - very old hotel. It is not 3 star, may be 0. 5 star. For 2 of us, they just kept 1 towel - and i asked for 1 more. Next day after cleaning, they again kept only 1 towel and again i need to ask them - avoid this totel

I found following shortcomings 1. Window pans can be fitted with sound proof glasses to avoid noise coming from the crossing. 2. ⁠tea items can be provided in the room. 3. ⁠a bath stool can be put in the bathroom. 4. ⁠breakfast can be started from 7AM onwards instead of 9. 5. ⁠even room tea can be served from 6AM onwards. Accommodation was given in nearby service apartment which is just a congested bedroom. No kettles or provisions given. The entry/exit is congested.

Property is ok. Location is good. Food is good but veg meal need to be added. Soap quality and tooth brush comb ma be added for further booking or be available on payable.
