If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other

The Reservation ***ager could be more efficient and more customer service oriented.

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Adjacent to parle station. Locality is good. Restaurants are nearby to the hotel and we can found so ***y options for vegetarian and nin vegetarians as well. So this hotel can be recommended and pleasnant stay

The sevice of room is good and I met a person Mayank Pandey who works there really do his job with guest satisfaction and take utmost care and make our time very comfortable and memorable. Thnks and visit again and again to get better service 🙏

The accomodatiion is well designed considering the space constraint. The house keeping is good. The restaurant is very good. The staff especially Divya is very courteous. Overall a nice experience. The property is well located . Transportation is easily available

Hotel Parle International stands out for its good standards of cleanliness. Front office staff are very nice and friendly. They pay attention to your needs and respond spontaneously. Faizal Sir, the duty ***ager has a pleasant personality. He gladly sorted for our two rooms to be close by. From front office Rohit Sir and Sachin Sir are also very helpful. The transfer from and to the airport has been perfectly arranged. Grateful to the staff who waited to pick us as it takes over an hour to clear immigration and collect lugguage from the airport. Ashok Das and Mithun from housekeeping did a great job to uphold the cleanliness of the room. Towels and sheets were changed daily. Got fresh flowers and fruits in room. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, promising a comfortable stay. Antony Sir and Madhuri Ma'am from the restaurant have been very attentive to our needs. ***soor Musafir makes the best best best dosa in the world. The gym is great with the basic amenities allowing a good workout during the stay. However,  access to a phone would be great since the gym is in the basement. With its commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail, Hotel Parle International guarantees a delightful and rejuvenating stay for travelers. Nestled in the centre of Vile Parle, all amenities are walking distance from the Hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

Good hotel in a busy location. Room was large, used the bar which was basic. Staff were very nice.

Staff are courteous. Coffee shop staff need waiting training. Plenty of staff but only one person works, a young petite girl..The trainees are wall plaques. The sparky checks the plug and tells me it needs to be changed, not done. The fire alarm kept going off for 4 days at intervals call reception. I am told its testing. Call again, am told they will enquire and let me know, never heard. Its a question of crying wolf. Bottom line i dont recommend and would not stay there againll plaques. Ask for something and it takes ages. Ask for a knife to butter toast and none to be found, they have to go to the banqueting hall to find a knife. Food is catered to local population, everything is too spicey, they could reduce the chillies. The room. Water leaking from basin, call the plumber, he calls the roomboy to wipe the floor, not fixed.
