세인트 폴스 리조트(St Falls Resort)

Cancelled within the free cancellation time and they won’t refund my $2200 for the one night. Seems like a dodgy hotel that’s going under especially with the lack of snow this year. Staff and said they’ll refund me every time I ring for last two months with no follow through

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apar**ent costing $17,000 for the week and spent multiple nights awake well into the night listening to the people in the spa on the floor below, directly under the bedroom windows. Could hear every single word they said. Receptionist said they couldn’t do much as it was the owner. And then after 11pm reception is totally uncontactable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

3 star service apar**ent with 5 star price tag. Terrible sound proof, can hear our neighbours conversations all the time and the noise downstairs. Our one bedroom spa apar**ent view was facing the carpark which is very disappointing and I booked 9 months ago! In terms of customer service, there was none. I asked them if they can please give me lift to spa up the road because I have an ACL knee injury from DAY 1 of my 7 days ski trip, I can see the hotel buggy just sitting at the front from my bedroom all day. They said its not for guest, only for the staff. I asked them I have been sitting in the apar**ent for the last 5 days just hoping to do something to make myself feel better but the response from them was cold , hard: 'no, sorry we cant help u.' This is not a 5 star hotel service for sure.

Spectacular location - ski in ski out. Everything within close range, shops, restaurants, shuttle buses etc. apar**ent comfortably sleep 6. Kitchen to cook. Beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the snow. Would 100% would stay again. Locked cages made available for skis and snowboards.

An amazing location so very close to a central lift but with that came lots of noise from the pub downstairs when you wanted to chill after a day on the slopes. Unreliable wifi prohibited streaming anything on TV and requests to staff for assistance always received the same response ‘I’ll phone the manager and call you back’ rather than a resolution. Disappointing experience given the price.

Easy booking. Excellent communication with property when we had a question or two before arrival. Fabulous location right on the road at Falls Creek which means easy unloading of bags, easy checking, lift in building which helps take up everything, right in the main heart of village near ski lift. Room generous 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with hot tub on balcony. Great open plan kitchen, 2 tvs and plenty of space. Would definitely book again.

Disappointed that we were unable to use the hot tub in the apar**ent during our stay. Management verbally indicated that they would compensate us, but at check-out, the manager was not available and after leaving, I have received no response to my email and request for follow-up call or action. It leaves us with a poor impression on their management and care for their care and attention to their guests expectations. Based on this, we don’t plan to visit Falls Ck again or stay at this property

The St Falls complex has transformed Falls Creek by providing a vibrant village feel near the easier slopes. Unfortunately this year the exterior wood of the building looks a little sad, it would be a shame to lose such a landmark. On our balcony had water marks on the roof like it had been leaking. Although this didn't effect our stay

This hotel has been recently taken over, and having myself owned a venue during Covid-19 I was generally willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, as Kate (A very hard working manager) tries to get the team up to speed. You have to consider that this Hotel cost us $540 per night. I've stayed in some pretty fancy hotels around the world for less than that, so I have some small expectations of a hotel in this price bracket. However my patience ran out quickly. In what should have been our last evening of sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. We could NOT sit outside as several members of STAFF were below our balcony SMOKING (for 3 hours) in a hotel? In 2021? Bizarre!! Further to this the STAFF conversation was mainly centred around which customers had been a pain during lunch servce and what they had to deal with. Including, as they aren't the smartest "F**king lady said this", and "that guy was c**t". None of this comes close to an experience in line with the rates this hotel charges. So try ELSEWHERE if possible, as the experience cannot be much worse..
