에이트 벨스 마운틴 인(Eight Bells Mountain Inn)

Beautiful country setting and friendly staff. The food was delicious and everything was well run and well maintained. We stayed in one of their Swiss Chalets with a lovely mountain view. It was nice and quiet overlooking the horses and open fields below. Would definitely recommend a nice, peaceful stay there.

A real hidden gem in stunning setting, beautiful place with old world charm, a choice of several types of accommodations, rooms, cottages, wood cabins, Rondavels, all furnished so nice. Also there is a pool. Food delicious, staff so friendly. Will definitely go back for a longer stay.

We had a lovely time at the inn staying over for one night with good friends. The staff were really very friendly and helpful, from the outset when booking was made up until check out. Inn is set in a stunning location on the Robinson pass. The generous meal portions were appreciated by the men and women! Will visit again!

A little gem! This hotel is like no other, an oasis nestled in the hills. There are so many activities you can do here, we played tennis but there are options of squash, horse riding and lots of hikes! Coffee is served in the afternoon when the bell rings! The staff were so friendly and gave us lots of information about the activities. The complex has various accommodation types, catering for families and couples of all ages - there is something for everyone, particularly if you're a nature and bird enthusiast! In such a peaceful and remote location (but actually not that far from Mossel Bay) this is a relaxing spot which would suit anyone!

A lovely stay again at this excellent inn. They changed our room for us when we arrived as we had booked a log cabin but were worried about the steps as our situation had changed since we booked many months before. This was very much appreciated and we were given a lovely room in Palm court with fabulous views. The staff are so friendly and efficient, food is excellent at dinner and breakfast and a lovely celebration was put on to celebrate Valentines Day. We look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful location in the heart of mountains. Friendly staff that feel like family and have known each other for years. Tranquil rest. Loved the horses. The staff are attentive and were very helpful ready to help in anyway. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My room was nice, clean and comfortable. The person who showed me to my room was not very informative as I had to search high and low for the multi-plug. The underfloor heating was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing and the food at the restaurant was very good. I commend them on their friendly staff, except for the person who showed me my room. I had a wonderful stay.

This is our 2nd stay at Eight Bells and our young girls just love it. Creating memories to last a lifetime with the complimentary daily pony cart excursion and horse rides available at minimal cost plus the big swimming pool and great play room next to the restaurant. Kids can play while parents relax. Exactly what we needed. Thank you again to Billy, Cornelius and the Team.

We stayed in Swiss Village cabin 3 with a lovely view of the mountains and garden. We had been confused with our check-in date but Gail, Billy and the rest of the staff sorted us out with no fuss and much kind efficiency. The meals were excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable, quiet getaway with rich birdlife, interesting walks and horses for outrides.
