One of the best hotels I have recently stayed at; excellent facilities, attentive and kind service, excellent food both for breakfast and dinner, great atmosphere, and very high quality rooms. Whenever we asked something from reception - it was delivered to our rooms within 3 minutes; amazing service! Specifically, I would like to mention 3 service members who are on a class of their own: (1) the lovely Sofia at the restaurant/bar - this is a different level of professionalism. Sofia knows all the ingredients of every dish, no request is too difficult, and everything is delivered to perfection. Just wow. What an asset to this hotel; (2) Dimitry at the bar - what a great and nice man; so polite, and loves his job so much. And it shows - whenever Dimitry was at the bar, we sat there, because it was such a pleasure being serviced by him; (3) Veronika at reception - when you think of luxury service at leading Western hotels, you think of Veronika. Always with a smile, no request is too difficult, and not a single mistake made. Veronika has a bright future ahead of her! We will be back!!!!

Excellent hotel, centrally located, convenient from Vnukovo Airport, quiet, beautiful decor, outstanding concierge service (particularly Grigoriy, German and Nikita, who went above and beyond to provide world-class service).

Great value for such a luxurious hotel :) This place keeps making me happy every time I get here. They really pay attention to the details and they do care :) It is feels brand new, very well designed, very well managed - world class standards. Clean and shiny. Especially would like to mention their hardworking pleasant genuinely positive staff: Alevtina, Danila, Darya and the manager Mr. Tsoy. And many others. Always enjoy their delicious food in the beautiful restaurant right downstairs. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. And they do wear mask :) Simply everything you expect from a 5 stars hotel, but with a unique memorable vibe. They are managed by Hilton, but it is definitely a boutique feeling place. I typically leave positive reviews but our one week stay at this hotel left us wondering if there are any quality checks at this hotel at all. Very few of the staff followed covid guidelines, some were straight up rude, and on several days our room was not cleaned by 4pm (we left the hanger on our door). Overall an average 3* stay with indifferent staff vs the 5* they advertise. There was a covid case in the hotel during our stay, we heard this through one of the staff members. When we enquired about further details we were told this was false and repeatedly asked who spread this information. However coincidentally that day they significantly stepped up their covid efforts! Positive is the location of the hotel and rooms are fairly modern. Needless to say we will not return.

Fantastic food, location and staff that really tries their best at all times to exceed your expectations. Alexandr from front office has taken several times personal initiative to help us out on various topics from booking us for Bolshoi Balet, to restaurants, and helping me out for some work set up as I had some meetings and the hotel did not have a business center, etc. Also, need to call out the food at the lobby cafe and restaurant were really great price / quality ratio and everything we tried during our stay we really enjoyed 100%. Thank you all.

It is far from a 5 star hotel. Rooms are very small, facilities like gym or business center non existent. Even their tv programs very limited in choice. But the staff are very friendly and supportive and the chef is great.

This hotel is so clean cozy comfortable and inviting. It felt like coming home to family every night. Every staff person was smiling and helpful , from getting our return COVID tests to ordering cabs . They serve food and drinks 24/7! We woke up jet lagged and hungry at 4 am and my husband had Fettuccini Carbonara and I had eggs Benedict and cocktails !! Both were amazing !! The rooms were sparkling clean and cozy. Yes the bathroom is small but very functional. What it lacks in square footage it makes up for in large counter space . It’s a very New York or London style boutique feel. Loved it and will be back . Oh and they fresh baked croissants !!??best since Paris ! Special thanks to Vladimir Mark Alexander Darya Lyubov Alevtina Dimitri any many others for making our trip easy despite our lack of Russian ! We will miss your smiling faces!
