We stayed at La Clef Des Champs for a week at the end of March 2024. We were a family group of six adults, two toddlers and a baby. The hotel was fantastic in virtually every way! We stayed in one of the duplex rooms which was fantastic. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only criticism of the room would be the bed was a bit firm for our liking (this is only our preference though) there was nothing wrong with it and the lack of a kettle in the room! The food was exceptional and the service was also exceptional! This concerns both breakfast and dinner, we stayed half board. Variety, taste and presentation was spot on! The facilities were great, the bar lounge area is comfortable with lots of games and drinks on offer! Location wise, it is also great. A short walk to the Pleney gondola and directly opposite the bus stop! IF there is enough snow, you could even ski back and the children would have the nursery slope outside the back of the hotel; unfortunately this is a big IF though with climate change. Jérémy and the team were faultless, exceptionally helpful and welcoming and we would absolutely recommend the hotel, indeed we will be staying here if we need a hotel in Morzine again! Overall a very nice hotel, family-run, great service, food and location, recently renovated (communal areas). Outdoor pool is functional but basic and could be warmer on some days (also due for renovation soon though). Spa is basic but OK. Free bus stops close by to Prodains lift for Avoriaz, 5-7mins walk to ESF and Pleney lift to Morzine/Les Gets. If you're looking for a good value, friendly hotel with good food and location, then this is the one.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and it was superb. Great location for access to the lifts, bars and restaurants. Everything within 10 mins. Bus stop for slopes across the road. The team There couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Service is 5 star. Rooms are lovely and the breakfast was awesome. You won’t regret booking.

Perfect hotel for a ski holiday. Opposite the bus stop for the free bus to Avoriaz and a short walk to the Pleney lift in Morzine. Hotel was first class with amazing meals every night. Rooms were clean and well presented and spa area excellent. Hotel also has heated outdoor pools and ski & bootroom with heated racks. All in all a fantastic place for a ski holiday.

Well-situated, with friendly and efficient owners and team, this hotel leaves nothing to be desired. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, we enjoyed good food, courtesy and warm hospitality. One of us has dietary requirements and this had been noted. For every dinner, substitutions were made for any unsuitable items, none of them less delicious nor less carefully prepared and presented than what was on the main menu. There is a small swimming pool and spa for guests to enjoy. The relaxed ambience of this hotel belies the hard work that goes in to making it such a welcoming and comfortable place.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Awesome restaurant - food and wine were simply divine. Will definitely return here for future holidays in Morzine. Many thanks to the staff members for all their hard work.

A lovely family run hotel where we were made immediately welcome and comfortable. We had driven and hotel has a large private car park. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and our room was very warm and cosy, we slept so well. Everyone very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa area, steam room probably best we've been in. Access to skiing a little compromised due to poor snow so couldn't ski directly out or back to hotel, but ski bus stop is just across the road so used this instead. We would definitely recommend Le Clef des Champs and intend to return.

Stayed here with family over the New Year, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We opted for half board which turned out to be excellent value for money. the food was superb and service without fault. Room was compact but met our needs easily. We would highly recommend and would defiantly stay here again.

Wow wow wow. Absolutely fantastic stay at the chalet hotel Les clef Des champs in Morzine. Way better than what I was expecting. The styling, the comfort and the warm welcoming the family hosts showed us, was right on point. The food is quite simply superb, not a meal went by without being floored by the detail and presentation as well as the preparation and the quality, the chef truly delivered. All rooms were clean and made up on a daily basis while we were on the slopes. The facilities that the hotel also offers again are such a lovely welcome when returning from a day out up the mountain. Simply put, had an epic stay here and we will for sure be making another trip to stay here.
