Overall a nice experience

un très bon endroit pour se détendre. proche de la rue et bien desservi. hôtel en bon état, même si la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Je le recommande à tout le monde comme base. Beaucoup d'attractions, de bonnes piscines et surtout - très proche de la mer et de la plage !

Arrived and booked in ok. Went to our room at first glance room look ok. But under it all the room was very dusty. The air con was blowing out hot air. Complained about it and was told to just turn it off! We said we want cool air it’s very warm. Said it’s set on a main loop and can’t be turned down yet. Just turn it off and it’ll be ok we got told again! Went to tea on the first night and food was lukewarm, I noticed a microwave and I started to heat my food upon every visit to the dining room. Tried to toast the bread with little success as the toasters were normal household ones and had see. Better days tbh. Entertainment was awful pretty much non existent really. The weather turned and everyone was trying to get a seat in the lobby area and there just wasn’t enough seating. The staff on the bar didn’t speak English and it was pot luck what drink you got. The public areas were dirty. The pool, changing areas and spar were unkempt, in need of repair and very dirty. The whole week was ruined by the hotel experience. Would not recommend this hotel avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

The hotel is spotlessly clean both in public areas and in the rooms. Our room (standard room) was good (and looked recently refurbished), with safe, hair dryer, mini fridge, kettle and air con. Tea and coffee provided, but oddly, no milk. Towels changed every day. The hotel has 2 outside pools and an inside pool and all were well maintained and clean. The food was excellent quality and varied with themed nights. Only slight moan is some food was only warm, rather than hot, but to the hotel's credit, there were microwaves if you wanted your meal hotter. Downside, for us: 1. The gym equipment was dated and not in the best of condition and the wall frame was not securely attached to the wall. 2. At times there were long queues at the bars...and only one barman, who, to their credit, worked tirelessly. 3. The evening entertainment was somewhat lacking, in our opinion, with the usual kids mini disco followed by a quiz on 2 night, bingo on a third, an Elvis tribute (he was good), dance night that simply was guests requesting songs and finally what was advertised as 'ballet electra'...basically 5 women dancing to music with various costume changes. The entertainment was held in, what can only be described as, a conference room I.e. no stage and no proper stage lighting. The entertainment stopped at 10:30 each night, apparently because there are guest rooms above the conference room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but was dampened by the above.

Fantastic hotel with everything you need on site, great location, close to old town and sunny beach main *****. The Al la carte restaurant was the highlight of my trip. The staff are amazing and so helpful, freindly place with great facilities. A very clean hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Best Hotel. The experience was truly exceptional in every way. The hotel offers the best food, with a wide variety of delicious options served until midnight, ensuring we were always satisfied. The drink service, available until 12 o'clock as well, was a fantastic addition. The family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal holiday destination for us. The staff were brilliant and very respectful, always attentive to our needs and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the beach added to the charm, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful seaside whenever we wished. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the swimming pool is fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Additionally, the spa is brilliant, offering a range of treatments that helped us unwind completely. We absolutely loved our holiday here and highly recommend Best Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway. It truly ticks all the boxes for an unforgettable vacation.

First time to bulgaria..hotel was OK..food good was always something to eat . Staff OK although I don't think some Bulgarians don't like us British..location was good 2lev fir a bus to sunny beach ***** took 10 mins. .3 mins from beach. Room was not that good..I was sleeping under a broken picture for a few days I didn't even realise ..very very noisy at night was awoken almost very night early hous from drunk people arguing and swearing..and security on way back was a joke..2 staff was all loved up right in plain view ..I couldn't believe it ..all in all I wouldnt go back to bulgaria.as you can see in picture the broken pic loose glass I was staying in 4025. Also no help for staff to room on arrival. Very poor service .

Our First trip to Bulgaria but definitely not our last. First impression We arrived late on 16/05 and after checking in to the impressive looking hotel and dropping off our luggage to our less impressive looking but nice, clean and well located room we went exploring the hotel. We were too late for “midnight snack” but the lovely catering staff member on duty allowed us to sneak in for a couple of refreshing soft drinks and some bread and sandwich filling. Just perfect to keep us going til morning. The rooms : we have heard the back blocks being referred to as “the student accommodation “ but honestly they are on par with any other hotel accommodation you find on the typical Sun holiday . If you want the deluxe rooms in the main hotel you have to pay the extra price and if that’s what is important to you then you won’t mind the additional 100 or so euro for the week. For us - a married couple on a restful get away - the block rooms were perfect . Away from the busy comings and goings of the main hotel, clean, plentiful in space and had everything we needed including a pool view from the veranda and a balcony with side sea view . If I could change anything I’d have opted for a double mattress in preference to two twins pushed together but it wasn’t a major issue . The location couldn’t be more perfect for us . A gentle stroll to the beach - 5 mins at an average amble. As we were off season the beach bar and sun beds weren’t in operation yet but you could see they would be by the end of May. It’s a 30 mins stroll along the beach to the centre of the sunny beach resort, 40 mins by the streets, 8 mins in a taxi (20 lev) or 10 mins by the number 1,2,5,or 8 bus ( 2 lev) . The bus stop is just around the corner . Worth figuring out for the handiness of it . Close to the hotel there are plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops . We were amazed by the number of ATM’s At every junction and gap there is a euro net ATM. But we heeded the warning from our friendly hotel transfer driver and steered clear of them and instead used the hotels exchange facility. Amenities- the hotel has 2 fabulous outdoor pools which were beginning to warm up towards the end of our stay . It also has a unique ankle deep splash pool with all sorts of water spouts and wheels and toys for the kiddies to play in. To be honest I wished we had someone small to take in as an excuse to play in it ourselves . There’s also a kids club which we witnessed from our balcony and the kids were so well cared for and seemed to be having a ball. The pool in the inner forecourt of the block ( u shaped) is quieter and catches the sun better all day. We spent one full pool day there and it was relaxing and enjoyable . The indoor pool and jacuzzi seemed busy but we didn’t use them so I can’t comment . There was night time entertainment from 8:30 with a kids disco and 9:30 with various events from bingo to an Elvis performer . As the weather was still cool in the evenings this was happening

Totally good nice and clean and delicious food,snacks. Special thanks to Jorday for outdoor bar and Bobby for lobby bar. 8 minutes walk from hotel to beach. 10 minutes by bus to Sunnybeach centre. Finally the cost of the hotel was worth it for one week.
